| Rooms were not cleaned from day to day basis, handles on drawers falling off causing injury to 7 year old sister also try to rip you off food left in room for 17 hours plus item went missing and never found again! Would not recommend the Sofitel Winter Palace Luxor Hotel. |

| Absolutely agree with first two reviewers. Elegant and stylish. Just the place for people who enjoy and appreciate beautiful surroundings and good service. Dinner in the stunning 1886 room at the Old Winter Palace is an incredible experience! Impeccable silver service by candlelight and mellow, evocative, live guitar music in the background. When we ate there, diners frequently broke into spontaneous applause at his dexterity and expertise. |
