This Sharm El Sheikh hotel sits on the shores of the Red Sea. The Sofitel Sharm El Sheikh is close to everything in Namma Bay, including several shops, restaurants, and nightlife destinations. From the hotel, guests can embark on scuba trips or excursions into the desert. The Sofitel Sharm El Sheikh is about six miles from the airport. Shuttle service is available to hotel guests through Midland Travel, an outside agency.

The Sofitel Sharm El Sheikh has 300 rooms and three suites spread over five floors. Most rooms are handicap accessible. Nonsmoking rooms are available on request. Where can we dine?: The main restaurant Liwa presents every night a dinner buffet with another theme:

The price per dinner is 195 EGP/person.
If you take the half board package for your entire stay or for at least 5 days, then it will cost only 150 EGP/dinner/person.

1) The Indian restaurant Rangoli with excellent food and a great view on Naama Bay.
Approximate price range: between 150 and 250 EGP per person.
2) The Oriental restaurant Al Kababgy with its charcoal grill and balady oven.

For lunch the a la carte restaurant La Brise offers a wide range of international snacks.

What can I do nearby?: Sofitel has the most beautiful view on Naama Bay, the new centre of Sharm El Sheikh, since it is located on a hill at the end of the bay. The centre of Naama Bay where you can find shops, restaurants, bars and clubs, can be reached in 20 minutes on foot over the pedestrian boulevard. The old centre, Old Market, as well as Soho Square can be reached within 15 minutes by taxi.
When is the pool open?: The swimming pool has a length of 40 metres, a surface of 1250 square metres and a content of 1420 cubic metres. The swimming pool is open from 8:00 until 18:00.
