Our stay for 7 days was very good. The highlight of the Sofitel in Miami was the Starbucks Coffee Shop in reception and the lovely French restaurant that make a wonderful breakfast. We recommend the Crepe's and the Salmon with Bagal's. Will be staying there again once the rate is attractive.

This hotel very nice on the inside. My complaint is about the "greeting" you get from two weird statues at the door. They look like bald bare chested women. I will not stay there again!

Room Comfort and Service were Excellent. Restaurant is the finest though slightly over priced. Room was fantastic as was the service from arrival to departure. The fitness area was adequate, the pool was well themed as was the rest of the Hotel. Try the Chocolates...

I was traveling out of country and stay at this hotel because of the location and because they accept dogs. Me and my boyfriend LOVED the hotel. Staff was very nice and super helpful, room very clean and modern, bed very confy, hotel have a bar and restaurant open till very late. I even Im very picky, I really have nothing bad to say about this hotel. I RECOMEND!

The hotel was GREAT. I did not like the fact that when I go through Cheap Tickets.com, the hotel did NOT have my reservation and they had to call cheap tickets so that required me to wait with my husband which is NEVER a good experience. I had to pay $8.00 a day to park and cheap tickets does not tell you this info unless I missed it somewhere, I think the staff does not like it when we go through any other company for the reservations.

May be a slight distance from downtown and South Beach but it was worth renting the car. Although the restaurant and cafe are very pricey, bring your snacks :) The rooms were very clean and the concierge desk is the most helpful and knowledgeable. The pool, fitness center, and the internet computers in the lower lobby is definitely a plus. I look forward to future visits, as I dont mind the less hustle and bustle of the south beach area. Oh... the free shuttle to and from the airport within five minutes is the absolute plus as they got us there just in time to check in bags to make our flight on time..

I was on a school trip with a few students competing in a robotic competition and this was an amazing hotel for the value. Although it was about 10 miles to Miami Beach Convention Center, it was well worth the commute each day. This place is great... Awesome choice!

Enjoyable experience. Went for a quiet getaway and that's what I got. Peaceful and serene. The staff was very nice and professional. Room service was great. Great view of the city and got to see beautiful 4th of July fireworks. The bar area was very nice.

Friendly staff, comfortable bed.. Somehow old, the carpet looks faded. Excellent staff. Bed is very comfortable. The carpet in room looks old. But generally good for the price.

One of the few instances where the on-line photos were not deceptive. We were completely impressed with the hotels cleanlyness, service and professionalism and dedication of the staff. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Never have I been to a place where the service was so good. The Decor was magnificent and had the French flair along with several French speaking employees. Impressive. The bed was so comfortable I did not want to get up. I made 2 calls to housekeeping regarding the air and for towels and the staff were there prompltly. This is a hidden treasure. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Our first time in Miami was memorable due to this beautiful hotel and its wonderful staff. The concierge was especially helpful. We were really impressed that we had rental cars available right there at the hotel for a fraction of the cost of a taxi or a shuttle to/from the Port of Miami. We were too tired to travel around the night we arrived, so we dined at the hotel restaurant and the food was very good, although a bit pricey. Overall, our stay at the Sofitel was very nice. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
