This is certainly a luxury hotel. Very convenient with shops all around, the beach just walking distance away, all kind of restaurants and it is just fantastic! Room is huge and spacious. Will not hesitate to stay at Sofitel if we are in Gold Coast.

As Betty's mother and father we really enjoyed our stay and the staff were friendly and very helpful. A beautiful well run hotel. However we were not impressed with having to pay for parking.

I cnat praise the staff highly enough for the service we received on our recent holiday. No request was too difficult and eveyone was so pleasant and friendly. Our room was serviced to perfection each day the meals were superb and all staff were so helpful. All facilities were clean and fresh with easy access to all attractions including the Monorail. Casnt rate this hotel or its service highy enough.

One of the best 5 stars hotels in Gold Coast. Staff are very polite, helpful and friendly. Every things is clean, 2 queen size beds, LCD TV, good lighting, tidy linens and toilets. Stunning view overlooking the Broad Beach and GC casino. Will definitely stay there again and book this hotel for my family in their future visits to the Gold Coast.

Well appointed rooms, quiet & comfortable. Missing a few complimentaries such as guest parking ($15 per day!) & bottled mineral water for the 5 star prices.

I realise the hotel is becoming dated but the room cleanliness was very average particularly the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful though and the pool area is great.

Extra charges to use the gym and parking. Cheap quality fittings in room and no turn down in the evening....more like a 4 star hotel
