I have stayed at the Sofitel 4 times this year and it is consistently impeccable. I know it sounds corny but it really is an experience right from the moment you reach the front door. The bar and restaurant are amazingly stylish, with a great view. The rooms are also stylish and well appointed. The location is also fabulous. The only negatives are the room service menu and small bath. The club rooms are exactly the same as the normal rooms only different bedding (which is divine!). I eventually found out about the Accor card which now reduces the cost of both accommodation and food when I stay there. One must make mention of the truly outstanding staff and their commitment to excellence for they are what really make this hotel stand out.

Stayed over Easter weekend and was dissapointed that the day spa was closed entire time. Thyme2 buffet breakfast was excellent though.

The Sofitel Brisbane has recently been refurbished and it's stunning!! The staff were very attentive and friendly and the food was delicious,beautifully prepared and presented.The rooms are first class and the linen crisp and clean. We can't wait to stay there again, and have told many friends to do so also!!

Great Location as we used the Air Train from Airport. Only complaint given a room which somebody else was already using - bit disappointing and embarrassing.

A strong chemical smell in the hallways and room. Very unpleasant. Room was rather average. Food was excellent.

We had a lovely stay in Brisbane. The facilities Club Sofitel has to offer are world class. Staff are very friendly and willing to please. The feather and down pillows were luxurious. Excellent hotel and we will stay there again when in Brisbane.

I love the Sofitel the service is excellent the rooms are fantastic the food is scrumpious I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Brisbane given the choice, also the club upgrade is so very much worth the extra $. It just makes the experience so much better in every way.

Room was lovely but some of the pillows smelt very bad. At leasst we had others to choose from. We were there over night so didnt bother mentioning. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. 10/10 for this Hotel.

Absolutely loved the beds and pillows. Since arriving home, i have gone on-line and ordered one of the "mybed" pillows as it was the first time for a long time that i woke up without a stiff neck!
