excellent family accommodation in a very good locationWe found the apartment to be in an excellent location within easy reach of the tube station. The shops were only 5 minutes away. The reception staff were very friendly and willing to assist you if you had any problems. The apartments were clean and very good value for money.I would say the only issue we thought was the single glazed windows which could be noisy at certain times of the night

We were looking for a budget hotel that would accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids (both under 11 years old) and were willing to stay a bit outside central London. Per the description on Orbitz, this place looked very attractive, but in reality we found it to be a bit lacking because: the room was very small (the site advertised it as a spacious suite / serviced apartment); we had to carry bags up a steep and narrow staircase to the 4th floor; the room had no AC and it took a day for us to get a fan; the TV did not work as the rooftop TV antenna only works some times; they were unprepared for us arriving with two kids, even though I had called in advance and notified them. On the plus side, it's a short 5-8 minute walk from the train station; is close to basic shopping and restaurants/a pub; the staff was friendly and helped set up an extra bed. WiFi access was free too (up to 72 hours per stay, we were told). Also nearby is a taxi company office that arranges reasonable taxi fares to nearby aiprports, etc., if needed; we got a minivan taxi (with adequate luggage space) to get to Gatwick Airport for less than what it would have cost to buy 4 Gatwick Express train tickets.

Lots of Room - Close to EverythingVery friendly and helpful staff. Great spacious apartment with everything you possibly need. Close to food, shopping, transportation etc. Just a few yards from Hammersmith Broadway. The only negative was that there was no WiFi even though it was advertised and quite essential for me as a business traveler.

This was a lovely place to stay. True, there was no air conditioning, but it really wasn't necessary. Others here have commented on the noisy streets. I heard a person or two who had had too much to drink being somewhat boisterous, but it was not a problem. The area is actually a lovely and calm residential naighborhood. Very short walk to the Tube, with a nice pub a few doors away. We had 2 adjoining rooms, which were on the top floor (and there was no elevator) but the concierge carried up our heavier bags. He was lovely. RECOMMENDED.

Very good value for moneyThe hotel was great value for money, £60 per night for a 1 bedroom suite. I'll be honest as a hotelier I was looking to find faults with my stay. The only things I could fault So Sienna on was the lack of attention to detail of cleaning in the bathroom, there was still stains on the tiles from previous Guests, also street works outside could have been highlighted prior to the stay, although these works had nothing to do with So Sienna it would have been nice to be made aware of them. As I had just flown in from the states I wanted to have a quick nap once I had checked in, however this was not possible due to the noise.Other than these minor points the aparthotel was great. The staff were friendly particularly the gentleman upon checkout. The suite was furnished to a very high standard and far exceeded my expectations for £60 per night. You will definitely be seeing me again!

The location was quiet and convienent. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. All the necessary amendites, including a Tesco, were close by. Would recommend the facilities just be aware that the garbage is not taken out every day and supplies, including toilet paper, were not replenished during the stay.

Don't believe a word of their sales pitchWhilst the staff are friendly the hotel is well below the standard that their description paints. The rooms are small, the bed is a sofa bed and the TV ariel does not work making it impossible to see the picture. They were also unable to produce a receipt for the accommodation. Breakfast is not available unless you cook your own.

Not a 4* HotelAdvertises itself as a 4* Hotel, but more like a B&B in Scarborough. Plenty of space, clean but tatty!

I booked an "Executive Double Room sleeps 2" that was described as "Spacious Studio with double bed or sofa bed , living & dining area, ensuite bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and wif fi." It technically had all those things, although sacious conjours up a sertain impression of space. It was a small room with a small amount of space around the sofa bed. The sheft with two metal stools counted for the dining area. To be fair it was clean, and quiet. Spacious it was not. 'Executive' also gives an impression of quality that was lacking from the sofa bed. It was a very uncomfortable sofa bed. I would not have been bothered about the space if the bed had been comfortable.

The room was spacious but:1) no one cleaned the toilet/bathroom over my stay of 5 nights;2) I've asked for an additional blanket every day and on the 3rd day I got an additional bedsheet and on the 4th I've eventually been told that So Sienna don't provide additional blankets. Had I been told this the first time I asked, I could have brought an additional blanket from the people I came to visit. I was very upset by this lack of basic respect for a client.Overall, So Sienna is a cheap accomodation but don't let the pictures of the rooms affects your expectations, keep them as low as you can.

location is great, but the apartment smelt horribly of damp and we had to burn scented candles all the time to counteract it. Also, although it was a 4 bed apartment it only had one set of plate and cutlery and it took one night to get another set and a further night to get one set more - very odd!

The place was great, good location and concierge was fab. He told us where to park without having to pay as we were there at a weekend. Everything you needed was there - we cooked pizza and breakfast the next day. The only thing that let it down slightly was the tv reception but we'd taken a radio. Slept 4 fine in a one bed apartment.

Stayed in a top (3rd) floor apartment (no lift). The apartment was small but spotless and had all you need for an overnight stay. Hammersmith Tube (and shops) less than 5 mins walk so you are in central London in 30 mins or less. Located on a mainly residential street it is very quiet at night, even with the window open. While the sofa bed was substantial enough for me staying on my own the mattress was a little grooved. All the staff I met were friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful, and the morning desk was prompt in dealing with my one request. Would stay here again if I have business in the Victoria/Westminter area.

We had a little difficulty finding the appartments because there wasn't a sign so we relied on the numbering ! The receptionist was excellent and gave us a great recommendation for an evening meal - we can recommend the Dartford Castle pub just a few doors a way from the appartments. The studio flat was small but compact, warm and had most things we would want, only thing I couldn't find was a hair dryer. Would recommend the studio appartments for a 1 or 2 night stay. Excellent underground connections within a couple of minutes walk.
