My husband and I stayed one night at the Showshoe for the Frisco BBQ challenge in June. It couldn't have been more convenient--right on main street, in the midst of the action. Also, since parking seemed to be very limited downtown, it was nice to be able to park right at the motel. It was nothing fancy--I'd say it's pretty standard for a small motel. The walls were not well insulated, so I could hear the neighbors, but the room was clean and comfortable, the guy at the front desk was friendly and helpful, and the price was good. I'd definitely stay there again. The BBQ Challenge was also a great time.

We were pleasantly surprised to find a moderately priced room in this area with all the amenities that we needed (high speed wireless, fridge, microwave). The room was clean with nice decor, service was friendly and the location is great and very quiet at night! We have already planned a return trip and plan to use this motel as a base for our future 4-wheeling and geocaching adventures. We will be more than happy to send our friends this way!
