As part of a work party, I spent 4 weeks here. My wife soon joined me after the first week. Both of us very pleased with our stay. We have done a fair bit of travelling in the last few years, staying at a number of hotels and motels throughout Canada and the U.S. It is rare that I would use the word ?great? to describe a hotel. Here are the things we enjoyed:Comfortable beds: Perhaps the most important room feature, it is surprising how often hotel beds are not comfortable. It was nice to have a soft mattress. (They offer queens, 2 twins, & have cots).Microwave oven & mini-fridge: If you like to have your own food, the nearest grocery store is a Superstore located at the end of Prospect Rd. about a mile away. The nearby Irving Big Stop also contains a convenience store.Use of hotel kitchen: It was great to have the use of a full kitchen during our stay. We both used it quite often to prepare our own meals. They also have a BBQ on site.Free continental breakfast: During the week, they offer muffins, bagels, donuts, cereal, toast, bananas, juice, coffee, tea & hot chocolate. However, the breakfast is downgraded during the weekend, offering only coffee, tea, & muffins. But, there are 2 nearby restaurants (Irving Big Stop & a Smitty?s) that offer a full breakfast every day.Liquid soap/shampoo dispensers: I loved this feature as it made washing so much easier than using typical tiny hotel soaps & shampoos (and it?s better for the environment as it creates much less waste).Cleanliness: This was perhaps the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. The housekeeping staff works very hard to keep the hotel in top shape.Laundry facilities: Most hotels charge 1.50 - 2 per machine & have the dryer set to the lowest setting so that it takes two or more cycles to dry the clothes. I find this practice to be very miserly & quite annoying. So, I was both surprised & pleased at how reasonably-priced & effective the washer & dryer were.Friendliness of the staff: Both my wife & I found th
