Overall, my experience was very good. One incident was a little unnerving for me, though. There was a couple in a room near mine that were arguing very loudly (more like he was arguing with her and wouldn't stop). The police had to come once or twice. I will not blame this on the hotel. It is not their fault if people cannot conduct themselves appropriately, but it did cause a little stress for me after a long flight and just wanting very much to relax. The rest of my time was pleasant, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very clean, well decorated, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, a fitness room, well maintained pool, lovely flowers in the landscaping. We stayed at Sleep Inn for five nights, but I would have been happy there for a couple weeks! The breakfast provided was excellent; the beds were comfortable; the microwave and refrigerator in our room were very convenient, the indoor pool, spa, and fitness room were fun; the landscaping was beautiful; and everything was very clean, which is of top importance to me. I hope we can make Sleep Inn our new "Grand Rapids home" since we go there at least twice a year.

The front desk was not friendly except when we were checking out. Weren't very helpful when we had a problem with our movie and housekeeping bugged you to clean your room. Pool could have been more clean.

The Sleep Inn & Suites Hotel is located in a great location. The staff was very friendly, and the lobby entrance was awesome and festive for the Christmas with a christmas tree and all the trimmings. My room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I even enjoyed the decor choices, pictures on the walls and the bedding.

Convenient location with friendly staff. Nice selection of breakfast foods. Movie channel was difficult to use. Breakfast area not kept clean. For the money it was worth the stay. The room though not eleborate by any stretch of the imagination was comfortable. The hotel was more quiet than I expected, which I greatly enjoyed.

Overall, this place was pretty good for the price. I stayed her for a business trip and everything worked out pretty well. I would indeed receomend this spot for anyone, who is looking for something nice and inexpensive.

Location. Room and bathroom was small, dead bolt was rough. I was not impressed with the room at all, the lobby was nice, but the room was very small, lighting was not pleasant, and bathroom very small no tub just a shower.

My wife were celebrating the 5th anniversary of our first date and we wanted to get out of town for a while. The Sleep Inn was close to shopping and dining and a reasonable distance from the Meijer Gardens and other things that we wanted to visit in Grand Rapids. We also really liked the breakfast: the waffles, scrambled eggs and sausage were exactly like brunch at home except we didn't have to cook it. And all the juices, fruits, cereal and other items made the selection well rounded. While we didn't use it, the pool area looked very cute. We also liked them having an Internet station in the lobby. The decor of the hotel was pleasant and well kept, housekeeping was good and the staff handled our needs well. Finally, while we didn't use the microwave, we definitely enjoyed and used the coffee maker and the decently sized fridge in the room. If we do a weekend in Grand Rapids again, we will probably stay there.

Computer. Desk & lighting to work was great. Animals running through the hotel. I was very impressed with the room & condition of the hotel. The desk staff was very helpful. I didn't like dogs running through the hallways when I was on my way to the pool.

The Sleep Inn was not bad. The room was very comfortable and quiet, even when the noisy kids in the hall. The sink was outside the bathroom, which I don't care for but many people prefer it. My only gripe was that housekeeping missed the coffee pot when cleaning the room. The hotel was right across the (small, low traffic) street from a large shopping center with several restaurants and about a mile from a mall with a movie theater.

The room was compact, but designed extremely efficiently. The room was a little smaller than others I've stayed in, but was laid out efficiently with comfortable beds and awonderful shower. More available TV channels than many other more expensive places I've been.

The location and the breakfast. The staff wasn't very friendly. The hotel was in a great location, didn't have to hunt for it. The mall was within 10 minutes and the strip had all kinds of restaurants.
