Considering the price it was "OK". However, I expected better even at a budget price. There was ample evidence of delayed maintenance and needed sprucing up. Also, the chemicals used to clean the rooms were very strong. The elevators had lots of graffiti carved into the brass panels. The pillows were small, old and horrible. Next time I'll spend $20 more somewhere else!

The room, once the correct one was provided, was fine. They sent us to a room with a shower, sent us from there to another with a shower, then sent us to one that had water in the carpet: it was a sponge! We booked a room with a bath and a king bed; we got a room with a shower, were sent to another with a shower, were sent to another that was discovered to have the carpet soaked with water. Were finally sent to a satisfactory room. Staff was not pleased; considered us, apparently, to be making the mistakes, though we were not the ones who failed to provide what we booked, and we did not soak the carpet with water. We were given the impression we should be satisfied with such conditions.

This hotel needs a major renovation. The property looks very tired and is in need of an update. I would stay somewhere else when I come into the BWI area again.

The Sleep Inn was comfortable. The room was not very large, but was okay for our short stay. Location was good and close to the airport. Service was good. I would reccomend this hotel.

We only needed one night between a late flight & picking up a car in the morning. Nice people, quiet room. Rose Restaurant next door stayed open for us & served delicious simple meal at 11 p.m..

I was very disatisfied with my Hotel stay at the Sleep Inn. I had to call for maitenance twice because the toilet would not flush. The first time I called I had to wait an hour and half for someone to come to our room and that was at 5:30 am in the morning. The second time I called they told me that there was a problem with the flange and they had to come back when the room was vacant to fix it!!! Needless to say, I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone.

Good location and clean. friendly staff. Layout of room could have been built better. Someone coming out of restroom could hit someone with door if they were standing at sink. Moderately priced hotel that's affordable. Good location. Overall hotel was not bad, just good.

The location off the highway was great. No restaurants on site, had to walk outside. For the price, the hotel was great. The beds were comfortable. For the smoking rooms, it would be nice to have a fan or the windows to open.

Cleanliness. See below. The TV in my room was not working. I called the front desk and they sent a maintenance man. He could not repair. Night desk attendant told me to tell AM front desk people and they would make adjustment to bill. No room swap was offered to me. AM front desk people said they could not do anything because I booked thru you. My lodging amounted to $130.54 for one night and the manager, Ms. Pamela Sharps (410)789-9100, said that you should contact her. I feel that $100.00 FLAT would be acceptable for this inconvenience as I rely on TV to unwind me after a long flight and in the morning I want to be able to check traffic conditions, weather, and news. Please advise me ASAP of your handling.

The internet service was down for 4 days, nobody from the hotel staff to take responsibility, internet is critical for a business traveler like me.
