This was the best experience of my live this hotel is one of the best there ever will be because the staff was so nice and the swimming pool was just kicking with fun so i give this a A+

Generally a very nice property. Staff could use some lessons in customer service. Not very welcoming or friendly. Elevator (the only one) is a slow hydraulic elevator. Suite was not two rooms, but one big room with a sofa bed and a king size bed. Indoor pool is a nice family amenity in Louisiana. Commode has a pressure flush which makes one fear for being sucked into the sewer system if he stands too close. Hotel is convenient to the Pineville Expressway, with good access to Alexandria and Pineville business districts, and I-49.

They were very happy to change our room when the first room AC didn't work. The receptionist said she told someone that the AC in room 225 wasn't working and still book us in that room. Overall, nice place to stay and friendly employees. My only complaint was that the first room AC wasn't working and we had to move to another room, but after that thing were ok, accept for only lamp that didn't have a light bulb, but we were ok with that.

Sleep Inn & Suites, PINEVILLE, LA is a great place to stay. I had no complaints regarding the rooms, bedding, environment, etc. It is several blocks from a Lake and motor cade for entertainment. Multiple restaurants and shopping in the immediate area.

Clean rooms, friendly helpful employees. Elevator broke, but was fixed in 1 day. Nice and clean, close to restaurants, helpful hotel staff, I would stay again. It was ok.

Breakfast, exercise room, Convenient vending and ice. Room was dirty, especially bathroom. No compelling reason to stay unless the convenience to Pineville work sites is important. Dirty room and I was trapped in the elevator - I won't be back.

Good location for access to my business needs. Had neighbors that were a little too loud late at night. Good location, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. Friendly helpful staff. Nice room. Had neighbors that were too loud, kind of late into the night, but did not complain to staff.

Clean rooms, polite staff and accommodating Met all needs. Pool was heated and was too hot. The rooms are clean, staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Beds were very comfortable.
