The Sleep Inn is in a desirable location, as it is just off of Interstate 64 and you can get around Charlottesville quite easily. The complementary breakfast is nice, as is the wifi service and the amenities. But the actual room layout was crowded. (Hint, make the bathroom smaller to gain more space in the room.) Also, the walls were very thin. You hear everything!

Beds were very comfortable. Too far from DC attractions. Nice, comfortable, staff friendly and helpful, but too far from DC sights.

The only problem with this hotel was that we requested a non smoking room and it stunk of smoke. It really burns me when smokers get non smoking rooms becuz even they can't stand the stink!Otherwise the hotel itself was quite pleasant.

We have stayed in this establishment many times over the past year and have found it to be very comfortable, close to Historic Downtown, and welcoming on each visit. Many thanks to a wonderful staff for helping our visit be wonderful at this beautiful time of year in Charlottesville!!

Convenient location, not a bad hotel if you don't expect much. Kind of pricey. Internet wasn't working, front desk attendant had an attitude when we showed up. After a 9 hour drive, walked in and the front desk attendant had an attitude, which I didn't appreciate. Room was clean and spacious for 4 people. Bathroom was nice and big. Swam in the pool and sat in the hot tub. Pool was kind of dirty, hair floating around. Hot tub was nice and relaxing, though. Room has AC which was nice because it was 70+ the entire time we were there. Pricey for what you get.

The staff was extremely rude, I requested a wake up call, and not only did the person act like it was an inconvenience to him, but I didn't get the wake up call. The bathroom had some sort of stuff --- who knows what --- on the floor, the shower curtain was mildewed, and they put me in a smoking room (I am a non-smoker)!!!!

We have stayed here many times since we travel with our golden. Until this isit, we have always been happy here. This time we were not. They had a power surge prior to our arival, which I know isn't thier fault, but the TV had to be reset, the phone in the room didn't work, the a/c had been on for who knows how long in the room and had frozen up, and the carpet was disgusting it was so dirty. However, the manager on duty couldn't have been nicer and tried his best to make things work, Not his fault that they didn't.

Pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing. The rooms were a little small, but all we needed them for was sleeping, so it was fine. It was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay.
