I had wanted a swimming pool for the kids but hotel didn't have one.

The entire staff was the friendliest I think I've ever dealt with, willing to do whatever to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. Rooms are very clean. For a free breakfast, it was much more than expected. The king suites seem to be a bit awkward in their set up but other rooms were fine (I've stayed there 3 times so far).

Convenient, clean, and affordable. Had a room on the 2nd floor, people on 3rd floor very noisy. Good for business travel; breakfast in the morning was ho-hum. But it was clean, convenient to New Orleans, and affordable.

Hotel was nicely decorated and spacious. Room did not have good overhead lighting. A/C blew curtain upward. Not all pillows had covers on them.
