Very clean and nice and neat. Overall good experience. The only thingI didn't like was the continental breakfast wasn't whatI expected. Overall great experience. With they would have had more than doughnuts for the continental breakfast.

Very clean and new but I could hear every T.V. from about 6 different rooms. The hotel was packed. I could even hear the phone conversation from next door. It did seem to get quite about 12 pm. Breakfast was O.K. but alot of other hotels have more choices and even hot items.

Location. No toilet paper, no newspaper stand, continental breakfast was poor, coffee was extremely poor, I could see the bottom of the cup. Okay if you are just in and out for the night. Don't expect much. The rooms don't smell good. Bring you own toiletries including toilet paper. Price greatly exceeded value of hotel.

Brand new hotel. Thin walls .. thought we were listening to x rated movie. Told desk clerk. He said he would try to separate people with empty rooms. We only stayed one night. Too bad, it was a really nice place. Too bad they skimped on the construction with really thin walls. Would not go back there again.

Great location and friendly staff. The continental breakfast was bland. Hotel was approximately 4 months old as of 12/5/08. It's location to the Lake Terrace Convention Center was excellent. Across the Highway. Nice room with desk, chair, flat screen, etc.
