Very clean and friendly. I needed champagne glasses and a bucket and they could not povide anything. The poblem I had was that the jacuzzi in my room did not work. Although they promptly changed my room and then everything was perfect.

I do two business trips per year and was pleasantly surprised at the jewel hidden among the loftier hotels. The internet rate was the same price as the rack rate. The room was spaceous, comfortable and quiet even though it was next to the off ramp of I-75. Great flat widescreen TV with hook-ups for even a laptop as a monitor. Small complimentaty breakfast available : coffee, cereals juices, breads, scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles and a few other items. However, the three mornings I attended, the room was not ready on time for early rising business clients. It was supposed to open at 630am but it was past 7am most days.

I stayed one night and it was quite nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, new and quiet. Room had a refrigerator to keep drinks and other items cold. The free breakfast in the morning was quite good, even included waffles that you make yourself. Coffee was good and hot. The only drawback to the breakfast is that they blare the TV in the early morning in the breakfast room. I asked and the staff turned the volume down, but I would rather there be no TV in the breakfast room. The location is fairly close to UF and to Shands. All in all, a good place to stay and I would stay here again.

Brand new hotel, very clean. The staff was just wonderful. This is not what you would normally expect from a smaller hotel like this, especially at this price. This is the only place we will stay from now on.

I have stayed at places that cost 3 times as much as wasnt as pleased with my room. Sleep Inn is a limited service type hotel but this one is very nicely furnished and the staff is very well trained. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the bathrooms are bigger than most. The beds are thick and plush and very comfortable. Nice LCD tvs in the rooms. You can tell the management spent the extra money to make this place nice. It shows. You hear the term value alot and this is definately value. You can (and I have) pay alot more, but you why would you.

The Staff was more than accommodating, even to my situation with my husband at the VA hospital, when I had to come back for a second night. The hotel is clean, new with granite in the bathrooms. Lots of pillows on the bed, refrigerator and microwave. The brakfast was just what I needed to get my day started. They also promised the hotel would stay smoke and pet free. Thank you, I will definitely be back to the Gainsville Sleep Inn.

This is a great hotel. This place is very nicely furnished. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms bigger than you normally see now days. We stayed on their 3 night of being open and while the hotel looked like it was day one the staff certainly didnt show they were all new. Very friendly and very well trained. Just as nice or nicer than the higher priced places. We will be staying here from now on.
