I was there just one night over the weekend. When I got there service was alrite it took a little bit but not to bad. My room was clean other than I had a plugged toliet when i walked into the bathroom. I went to the front desk & they took care of it right away! The pool was only open till 9pm I wasn't to happy about that and it felt like bath water but it looked clean. The fitness area was extremely warm it was right next to the sauna so that's what it felt like. I don't know how anyone could work out in there. Breakfast the next morning wasn't bad except everyone was there at once & there was one person running the front desk & breakfast so we were running out of things such as the waffle batter we had to wait about 15 - 20 min. for that. The security was good it sets back off the road behind Bob Evans and I saw cops come back a couple times @ night to check things. Over all it was ok I don't know if I would stay agian though just because I paid a little extra to stay somewhere that had a pool so I could go swimming at night when there wouldn't be any kids but it closed @ 9pm.

The hotel itself was clean althought the cleaning staff didn't clean the room everyday. The pool hours seem short 9am-9pm. The Continental Breakfast was great for adults and kids. The location of the hotel was good for what we where visiting for - easy on/off the highway.

Very nice staff. Kids running around till very late. Nice overall, the kids were disruptive and it would have been nice if the staff would have stepped in. My husband and I were on our honeymoon.

We were disappointed with this hotel because we assumed that a "Suite" - described as a King bed and a sofa bed with fridge and microwave and coffee maker - would be two rooms with a door inbetween with two TV's and a kitchenette. It was one room with a king bed and a sofa bed with a VERY thin mattress and a mini-fridge sitting on the floor next to it, with a microwave and coffee maker on top of the fridge. There was only one TV and the bathroom shower had next to no water pressure. I asked for a Suite room at the desk, after seeing this room, and the clerk told me that is what they consider to be a suite. If I had known that, I would have gotten a room with two queen beds instead, so we could have at least gotten a decent night's sleepl The sofa bed was very bad, the mattress was like a thin piece of batting.The breakfast was good, and opened early on the weekends, which was nice because sometimes hotel breakfasts don't open until 7 or 8 am on the weekend.

This is a high-quality mid-priced hotel. If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and pleasant place to stay and you're willing to spend the money for it, this hotel provides a good value.

The room was clean and comfortable. Warm juice at breakfast and a small pool. The room was clean and comfortable. The grounds were well maintained. Although next to the freeway, there was no freeway noise in the rooms.

The service of the staff was excelllent. Very friendly and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in a hotel. The only thing I would say derogatory is the room was not as large as I anticipated from the online photos. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff was very helpful with any and all request we had. I will stay at the Sleep Inn & Suites any time I travel through Fort Wayne again.

It was clean, the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Lousy pool hours, room not as described. All areas of the hotel were clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable beds and pillows in out room. However, we did not received the room that was described to us over the internet (2 queens and a sofa bed) so on top of the 2 queen beds, we ended up having a roll-away bed put in our already over-crowded room. The microwave and frig were very tiny (couldn't fully open the frig because the roll away bed blocked it). Pool was very nice but didn't use it much due to the inconvenient pool hours. Pool closed at 9:00pm, just about the time you might return to the hotel after a busy day out. Several evenings we wished to swim but the pool was closed. And we were very unhappy about not getting the room as described and had to put up with the inconvenient accommodations.

I have traveled a lot of places in the last few years. Sleep in is buy far one of the best plces we have encounterd. The staff is excellant, breakfeast better then most. room was spotless and comfortable.to spend what we did for our room was indeed a bargain. xxx checked us in and was very polite and helpful. I will stay here evry time we pass through.

The Sleep Inn & Suites, FORT WAYNE, IN was very nicely appointed and we believe we received a fine hotel room with all amenities for a very reasonable price. The Hotel accomodated both older patrons, like ourselves, and younger people. The staff made us feel like family.

I checked in after 1 am and was not locked out of the lobby. The room was freezing when I entered! Newer, clean, friendly staff, clean rooms, close to food and Interstate 69.

I will not stay at another Sleep Inn due to whoever cleaned our room left a lot of very black long hair in the bathroom. .
