Date of Stay: April, 2009

I was considering moving to Cheyenne, Wyoming. The desk receptionist was extremely friendly, helpful and informative. Later I spoke with the hotel manager and I enjoyed getting to talk with her about the hotel business and the history of this particular Sleep Inn. When I was leaving, as I rolled the hotel luggage cart out to my car, the high winds struck and literally blew my heavy luggage off the cart. The hotel manager came racing out to help collect the spilled baggage. She couldn't have been nicer!!! The staff woman attending the breakfast area was also friendly and thoughtful and gave excellent help to all clients. During one breakfast one client became ill and the receptionist was very helpful in obtaining an ambulance for the man. I believe he merely was suffering from altitude sickness, but at his age, that can be quite serious. The staff was discrete and efficient.

The room was slightly divided and it creates a space that is 'normal' to live in. I only needed 1 thing while there, and they were less than helpful. The bed was comfortable and has 5 small pillows on it. That was a nice change the first night or two, but can get annoying when you want a normal pillow. The furniture was nice and kept clean. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in the room, nice for the left overs. The breakfast was ok, no protein items, a lot of bread and juice. At least put out some boiled eggs or something.

Great place to stay - new, nice colors, modern, lots of amenities. Breakfast average but what you would expect for a decent continental. The only fault I would find is that their ad says they are "close" to the botanical gardens, etc. This place seems halfway to Nebraska! It's 6 miles east of town, close to nothing except a Pilot Gas Station. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice and it's a good stop if all you want is a road side stop on your way to somewhere- Not good if you want to be centrally located.

this hotel was a little out of the way for us but we would stay there again in a heart beat. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were quiet and clean, my son enjoyed the pool both at night and early in the morning and the breakfast was good as well. nice hotel we are already planning to stay there again.

The check-in person was very friendly and helpful (the checkout person was not) and the room was clean and comfortable. I was travelling up I25 so it was a little out of the way, but still easy to get to off I80.

New and modern. Pool freezing/waiting for a part/wish a sign had been posted before I got in the pool! Easy to find off freeway. Staff friendly and professional. The hotel is just 2 years old. I'd stay here again, especially if they get the part for the pool. It was a lovely indoor pool and jacuzzi. Overall, very satisfied with the stay.

Stayed there on New Years Eve 2008 and will stay there again whenever I visit Cheyenne. Very clean hotel, very quiet. Room was exceptionally comfortable, to be expected from a new hotel. Large bathroom. Even though it's on the eastern edge of town, Cheyenne is NOT a large city, it's only about 5 minutes further east from the exit to the downtown area off I-80, about 15 minutes from Frontier Park for CFD. The price is outstanding for the quality you get, so I'm willing to drive just a bit more to get a better hotel.

Loved the morning clerk, as he was very friendly and helpful at 5 am in the morning when we checked out. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The room was a good size room, and there wasn't any noise. It was a very quiet room. Draw backs were the young man who checked us in and was very upset we were interrupting his game. The only other thing is it took forever for the shower to get hot. I would suggest you turn it on and come back about 20 minutes later.

This is a very nice New hotel. When we arrived it had only been open for 8 weeks. The New smell was still there. They have wonderful rooms. With fluffy down comforters. Clean Bathrooms, and everything smells goood. This is a All Non-SMoking hotel. Love that. Very conveniently located right off the highway. The staff are all very friendly here. They hand out direction sheets to just about anything in the town of Cheyenne. We went to the Applebees nearby and the drive through town was nice. I definitely recommend this hotel to all. Good sized continental breakfast in A Big breakfast room. the pool is nice sized with a hot tub as well. Both are nice.

Fluffy pillows. I was able to hear outside noises. Nice hotel. Kids liked the pool. The pool room is a bit small, if you don't intend to swim but just supervise the kids, and there are a lot of people in the pool, you may get splashed sitting in the poolside chairs. (And it gets hot/humid in the pool room if fully clothed). Breakfast was OK. Nice fluffy pillows.

We liked the friendliness of the staff. It was also pretty soundproof in the rooms. The keyless cards had a problem with keeping the code to open the rooms. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. The people who ran the breakfasts were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean and had several amenities that a lot of hotels this size don't.
