The Location of the Hotel was very convenient and the hotel check in process was very easy, but during our two nights stay at The Sleep Inn Hotel, we were without fresh towels. The stewards clean our room and took the towels and never came back with fresh ones. Before leaving the room that evening we called and requested fresh towels and was told that they were drying and they would bring them up later, we never received any fresh towels. Luckily I thought to pack hand towels and beach towels before leaving home. At checkout we spoke with the staff about the incident and received a couple dirty looks. So I must say that this is a very nice Hotel, with a lousy staff.

Location to beach. Ants around sink. Overall our stay was pleasant. However I did not like the fact that we were booked in a smoking room which was not requested.

The room was very small and smelled musty. I was only in Panama on bussiness for 2 days, so i only needed a place to crash. The hotel billed me after i pre paid. If you need a cheap place to remind you of a college dorm room then i would recomend staying here, just be sure to check your credit card statement.

Clean hotel. Bed, towels, sheets, etc were clean. Great complimentary breakfast! Far from beaches. Far from panama city beach. Area was iffy.

Nothing. The management and staff. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The staff is very unfriendly and management is horrible.

Good free breakfast. This hotel was nice, however it is no where near a beach!

It was in a good location. The room was a little small.

It was a clean room. Room on the small side. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. It was a clean and efficient room. A limited continental breakfast but at least had waffles.

Great location in close proximity to the beach area without the price. Staff was a little slow in checking in and out. Great room and location for the money. A railroad track is located at the rear of the hotel but it is a seldom used access track to the port authority which is located across the main highway. It may get a little busier there in the school season, because there is a college across the tracks.

Front desk was accommodating when I requested the use of the breakfast room for a large project. The sliding door that closes off the bathroom; couldn't get internet in room. I liked the quality for the price. Pool was nice and clean, housekeeping was excellent.

The free breakfast was actually good; lots of variety. I hated the smoking room could not breathe. The manager on duty was awful, not friendly and not helpful. I was unknowingly had a smoking room; when I told the manager that I had a 2 month old baby, a daughter with asthma and we could not breathe. She told me to basically come up with more money because I was not going to find a room anywhere else. I was very disappointed and angry that nothing was done to help us out.

Price and location. We had a little problem unlocking the door to our room even after we had the key redone, we had to get the front desk person to open it for us. The price was great and the location was good for us.

Convenient. Bedspread was dirty. Bedspread had several yellow spots on it. A pair of yellow gold earrings went missing. room was small. I won't stay at this hotel again.

We were in a great location right by the beaches but at a cost we could afford. The older lady at the desk was rude about towels and service at times, spoke rudely to my children.

For a Spring Break stay this hotel was ideal. Clean, comfy rooms, huge bed, huge shower with great water pressure. The hotel is just a few minutes away from all the beaches and bars of Panama City Beach. My partner and I also like our privacy and we had all we wanted of that at this hotel.

Price and location. A/c didn't work at first. Was moved to another room. Overall, this was a great experience. The room did have a slight smell because it probably wasn't used for a while. However, after running the air for a while it went away. Front desk was very accommodating.

The shower was awesome. The room was small. The room was a bit small but the hotel was convenient to the beach. The hotel sits beside a major highway and the train tracks but the noise was not noticeable at night. The staff was very nice and the shower is heavenly.

The pool and area were very clean. Along with the room and kitchen. The bed was little rough. Over all very clean nice pool area. Nice place to spend the weekend for the price. Great job guys.

Staff was very friendly. Small bathrooms. It was a pleasant stay enough for my husband and I. Nice getaway to relax.

Ease of checking in. Family atmosphere at breakfast. Stuffy hallway that smelled of smoke. It was a good place to crash at night and have a good breakfast before spending most of the day and evening at the beach or in town. Although it's not right on the beach, it is a straight shot and only 5 minutes to get to the strip of shops, restaurants, big hotels, and beaches. It's low key and convenient.
