The Hotel was overall a good place to stay, but the staff was excellent and very friendly. They treated us like they had known us forever. The Hotel is located very well to resturants and shopping. Looking forward to going back

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that wasn't so good, you could hear the doors shut in the hallway while in your room. I would stay here again because the people and the staff made it nice.

Hotel had recent been damaged due to flood. Rooms smelled bad and "FREE" breakfast was a 3 coupon to Waffle House (YUCK!). Noisy people running up and down stairwells all night, noise from nearby highway could be heard in room.

The Sleep Inn in Oxford. Food still left in refrigerator when checking in. The remote control did not work, called the front desk and was asked to bring the remote downstairs, given another remote that did not work at all. Did not get a working remote or batteries until the next day.
