My wife and I traveled to Phoenix for a business trip. This was our 2nd trip, but our first time at this hotel. This hotel is average, but the staff made things worse. When we first checked in I made a mistake on Orbitz only putting on person on the reservation when it was supposed to be 2. You may say simple mistake, but according to Sleep Inn "Policy" we had to pay $25 dollars more. This was obsured! If I would have fixed the reservation on Orbitz it would have cost the same price wether it was 2 people or up to 4 people, but since we arrived to the hotel on the day of the reservation (not changing the reservation within the 24 hour guideline) Orbitz could not change the reservation to 2 people and this hotel took full advantage of this making us pay an extra $25 dollar for me to stay. Also upon check in we were required to pay a $50 dollar deposit in which Orbitz never informed us of, I really do not know on which side the blame falls on there. After that the clerk tried to give us an upstairs room when all of the smoking rooms are upstairs. My wife and I do not smoke so I requested a downstairs room. The clerk tried to tell me "no it is not that bad, the smoking rooms are down the hall more then the room we are going to be staying" I told him no I want to be downstairs because I do not want to deal with the slighest bit of smoke. The hotel was nerly empty so it should not have been a problem. After a couple minutes he said ok and gave us a downstairs room next to all the vending and everything "ugh". The was more but not enough space to leave all the comments here. Another incident I had was being asked for my ID and Last name when the clerk knew that I was a guest there. I left my key in the room and the same clerk that gave me towels and washclothes the previous day asked me for my ID AGAIN when I went to the front desk and asked for another key. This was just plain RUDE. I will not stay here again!

Clean and good bed. Very spartan. The bed was good and the room was clean. There was no refrigerator and microwave in the room. There was no area to place anything you did warm in the microwave. No table and chairs were very plain and uncomfortable. Supplies were very meager.

We were quite pleased with every facet of this lodging. The complimentary continental breakfast was convenient and delicious. The location, close to two main freeways was helpful.

Liked the pool. Same meal served ever day. Seemed clean except for the carpet was dirty, enjoyed the pool. Was very upset with the idea we had to pay a $100.00 fee upfront to cover any damage that might occur. Refundable after 15 days, Have never heard of this before at any other motels, therefore will not stay at this motel again or any others that charge the fee upfront for seniors.

Check in was easy and fast, room was neat clean and comfortable and quiet. Was easy access to the interstate! Pool was clean and good basic continental breakfast.

The inside was clean and the free breakfast was great. The outside didn't look great when we drove up. We were kind of nervous when we drove up as the outside was not well kept but once we stepped inside everything was great. Room had shampoo & soap only, no hair conditioner, lotion or shower cap. Other than that the stay was great and we were there 4 nights. Definitely would recommend.

Location only. Cramped. Cheap everything. Tiny shower. No tub. Low class. I would never stay in a sleeping again as long as I live. Bad. Looked like a trailer house room with no amenities. Pool like a little bathtub. No spa. Cheapest furnishings and access. I have ever seen. Awful.

Extremely safe area, clean, reasonably priced and friendly competent staff. There was no restaurant in the immediate vicinity and room service was overpriced. I had an excellent experience at this hotel. The surrounding area is upscale residential and very safe with easy access to two major roads (I-17 and SR101.) The staff is friendly and helpful, although the order-in dining is expensive and takes a while. In my room there was a shower stall in place of a bathtub, but it was very large. Overall a very nice clean place to stay.

Cheap and clean in good area of Phoenix. Ice machine was broken. This hotel is as clean as it gets for the price. Daughter loved the pool. A little bit difficult to find the entrance. 20 minutes from just about everything in Phoenix.

The air conditioner worked well. The room smelled of smoke. This place served its purpose, nothing fancy, but it was clean and comfortable.
