very friendly, welcoming and helpful desk clerk. Better than average breakfast, better than average pool, but our first floor room smelled very strongly of mold or mildew.

Friendly, clean, easy access to the University, good continental breakfast.

We were there for a family reunion, the hotel was nice and the staff. The pool was a bit small since there were a lot of families there with children. Fortunately we love children

Easy to get to and new/clean; also nice continental breakfast. Our trip was for my daughter to audition at the U of Iowa. The hotel was easy to get to and the people were helpful in giving us the quickest directions to the University. We were not at the hotel very long but enjoyed the breakfast.

The Hotel manager went out of her way to make the best of a bad situation we encountered with Orbitz.

New, spacious for a two-star, nice lobby sitting area. Nothing negative to say. Hotel still has its newness, offers a good breakfast with a spacious dining area, and is convenient to both Cedar Rapids and Iowa City.

Friendly staff with a great location. Pool was a bit cool, but it was in Iowa. Great place to stay to visit our family back in Iowa. Grandkids enjoyed the pool and we celebrated Christmas early there.

The location was perfect. Thin walls equal noise. This is a new hotel so it was pretty spotless. The breakfast was the typical fruit, bagels, etc. Nothing fancy. I stayed here for five days for both business & family. However, if you just want a one night stay, it's very pretty, clean and great location.

It was accessible to the highway, clean and new. The side we stayed on was a little noisier because it was closer to the highway. The hotel met our needs for the one night we needed a hotel. It was new and clean, had a continental breakfast available and was easy to find. We would recommend it to others.

Very quiet and very clean. New hotel; very quiet. Will plan to stay there again next time we're in town.
