My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. The staff was wonderful. The neighboring pool that we had access to was fantastic and GREAT for kids of all ages, even my daughter, who is 2 1/2, and spent all of her time on the spiral slide. The hotel is close to the freeway giving us easy access to go to Denver or head into the Springs. Any restaurant you can imagine is on the street right next to the hotel which is great for impatient, hungry, kids. This is the second time we have stayed here, and we will definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner in the room was awful! We slept in a hot, humid room all night. Would have been nice if the hot tub was open later then 10:00 pm that's just when the kidsfinally got out of it so we could enjoy some peace and quiet.

Upon arrival the front desk clerk greeted us and she was very polity throughout the check in process. I've had bad experiences with front desk people at other hotels where all they wanted to do was check me in and get me out of their way. But the deskclerk at this hotel was professional and courteous! She gave us directions and helped us find our way around town. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice. will stay on next visit

I wanted to let others know that if you are spending more than one night at this motel take all of your items with you. My make-up compact was stolen and when I spoke to someone at the front desk they could of cared less. I understand it's my responsiblity not to leave valuables in the room - this was make up why would anyone want to wear someone else's make-up is beyond me. The pool is deceiving it is actually not at the Sleep Inn it's across the street at the Comfort Suites as they share the same pool so the pool is VERY busy and I don't recommend it for little kids. There was a wash cloth left in the shower from someone else staying there. Which in my opinion is gross. I would spend more money and get a decent motel.

room was fine, location was fine, room service could have been better.1st 2 nights everything was fine then from there on i had to clean the coffee maker myself everyday.had to ask just about everyday for more coffee and the dirty bedsheets were left in our room.but that really did not upset me so much as for the cleaningservice leaving the door to my room open, the door did not get pulled shut

Good location. Easy interstate access, close to shopping. No real negatives, just kind of bland. Good location, easy and prompt check-in/out.

made a reservation directly by calling the hotel. I was surprised by how courteous the person was on the phone. She explained everything that the hotel had to offer and also recommended touristy things to do as well as restaurants. The room was a standard room you would expect at a sleep inn. very nice, clean and just the right size. will come back and stay here for sure

I was really impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. I don't feel that the pictures posted do justice for this hotel. I would definately stay here again. It is located in the northern part of Colorado Springs, but all of the main streets were very easily accessable. We had never been to Colorado Springs and had no trouble getting around from this hotel. The pool was nice and was well taken care of.

The Sleep Inn North Academy was overall very clean and very convenient to nearby Tourist attractions. The Staff had great suggestions for nearby Restaurants and Directions. The only thing we can say was a downside was the Exercise room ( we had to go to adjacent Hotel for Exercise and Pool accommodations. And the Breakfast area was a little small. But overall we will stay there again when in town.

Close to job. Staff and dirty condition of bed linens. Would not recommend, unclean sheets, barking dog next door, staff does not answer phone and when informed about problem did not resolve.

The water slide was terrific,it realy made the kids tired. The free breakfast was decent and we were able to find something for everyone. The rooms were clean, but we only got a 1/2 bath,w/no tub, only a shower.THe doors were also very hard to shut and we had to slam them. The room entrence were all indoors, making it a safer building,it was quiet or the most part.Staff was ok,but not that friendly,we would stay here again.

Sleep Inn was quiet and convenient to the North End of Colorado Springs. It's quite close to a number of restaurants and across Academy Blvd. from the Chapel Hills Mall. Good value for the money. My only dissatisfaction was that, as in many hotels, ice machines are placed next to a room on each floor. Our room happened to be that room, and so when people came to get ice, it was clearly audible in our room. Get a room away from the ice machine, and you'll be fine in this hotel. It offers unexceptional accomodations, but solid value.

Not clean and staff was not friendly. The room was not clean, food on the carpet and hair on the pillow cases. When we checked out, the front desk person was very sloppily dressed and was barely awake.

We were put in a tiny handicapped room for unknown reason. The room reeked of cig. smoke. Kids were running down the hall all night. The waterslide pool was so crowded with adults and teens that it wasn't safe for my 8-year-old to use. The hot tub was full of teens - unsupervised. Switched rooms the 2nd night, but this room also smelled BAD. With so choices in Co Spgs, I would definitely stay elsewhere. The breakfast is VERY marginal and doesn't make up for the downside. The staff is friendly, that's why I gave it a 2. "

Slide in pool. Nice breakfast area & food, clean rooms. Excellant area, nice slide, good options for breakfast, would stay again.

We had a very nice stay. I was disappointed with the tiny fitness room. The breakfast was good, though.

Great area and access to main road. Air conditioner wasn't working infirst room so they quickly got us a new room. And the kids loved the pool and slide.

We loved the slide in the pool area. Breakfast area was small and crowded. But food was great. We really enjoyed our stay. The slide and pool was fun for the whole family. The waffles and breakfast were beyond what we'd expect for the hotel price. We would definitely stay there again.

The water slide was a big hit with the kids, and the free breakfast was with the adults. The waffles were absolutely wonderful! Bathroom had only a shower which was difficult with the smaller children. I was very pleased with this hotel. The water slide was a great hit with the kids (I only wish it would have been open a little later). The free breakfast was also a hit with their absolutely wonderful waffles! I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who has children.
