Perfect location - close to all the conveniences, yet peaceful! Rooms were a bit small and some of the staff were unpleasant. There were a few very friendly staff that made up for the others that were not friendly. All in all, I rate this hotel a 7 out of 10. Clean, convenient, but some of the staff could work on friendliness and attentiveness to the customers.

Nice hotel for a good price. There was a smell of cigarette smoke outside the smoking rooms, but this was not overwhelming. Good location for Arches National Park.

Clean room, air conditioning worked pretty good, comfortable beds. Breakfast was lacking, but everything else was good. Great place to sleep, it wasclean, comfortable, helpful and friendly staff, at the farther end of town which is nice.

Nice bright room and clean swimming pool. Breakfast area a little small. This was a decent hotel in a great location for moab.

We couldn't get a non smoking room. (I think they should all be non smoking). Toilet clogged and room only had a shower. Continental breakfast area was too small, not well stocked, but free is free. The room was clean and hotel looked new. Lots of outdoor people stayed in town.

No bathtub, hotel smelled like a Vegas Hotel - smoky.

Great staff but some mental giant put the pet rooms on the second floor, doesn't work well with elderly people who have pets. They could also use more handicap parking spots just because we don't use a accessible room doesn't mena we don't need wide parking for wheelchairs.Clean rooms with lots of space.

Hotel had good air conditioning and plenty of space. Shower in the room was small compared to most hotels. Good Hotel close to everything in the town and the room quality was adequate.

Excellently maintained facility with a knowledgeable staff. Nothing. Well staff, close to all activities hiking biking, jeep trails, restaurants, close proximity to numerous restaurants.

Location. Do not disturb sign was ignored. It was a basic hotel with the usual needs met. Although I personally did not like to see the staff outside smoking at least they didn't do it inside.

Excellent room accommodations. Only stayed overnight on our trip home. Everything was just excellent, including the breakfast provided. Super value!

Very clean rooms. Prompt maid service. Quite an odor in the hallways.. most from cigarette smoke? Overall, a clean hotel and a reasonable value. We were greeted by the hotel staff smoking at the entrance to the facility. It wasn't the most welcoming environment. The room was clean though the in room refrigerator was inoperable. (badly needed to keep beverages cold after long hikes in the Moab heat). The climate control worked well, but was way too noisy during the night. In the morning, there was a continental breakfast bar in the lobby. There was a wide assortment of prepackaged items available but seating was limited and the kitchen was inaccessible due to a large family spending a good portion of the morning there, so we grabbed a cup of coffee and ate away from the hotel.

The hot tub and pool was nice to have. The showers were really cool, the secure bike storage was nice. Pet friendly too! The Internet server was very slow, too much chlorine in the hot tub. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful in providing directions and recommendations The wireless Internet was nice to have available although it was not a very strong signal and often was too weak to use.
