We were very pleased with our stay at the Sleep Inn. The room was clean, everything was as advertised. The location, for us, was perfect. There is no doubt in our minds that we will stay here everytime we visit our son. The breakfast could have a little more variety but was fine. If you stay here make sure you hit the 5 & Diner next door..... great place!

Location and breakfast. Unpeeled eggs for breakfast, hard to peel ourselves. Enjoyed our time there. Location was great. Breakfast was good (except for unpeeled hardboiled eggs). Other hotels have the eggs peeled.

"I thought the breakfast choices were a bit skimpy. But otherwise, this hotel represented a good value for the spring training season in Mesa."

The rooms were very clean. The room and the bathroom was very small, too small for 4 people. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean and the continental breakfast was very good. The rooms however, were pretty small for 4 people.

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly, even when I arrived at midnight. It is set back from the main street and there are no signs on the main street, so it is a little difficult to find.

This hotel was good. It was clean and well kept. It is nothing fancy but works just fine.

They were friendly and close to everyone of our personal needs. Would like to have had a little lower price for the evening's rate. It was very clean and the staff could not have been nicer we had a wonderful waffle in the morning with our coffee; we plan on return visits with the mesa sleep-inn thank you for the great location.

Location and breakfast. Given the super bowl- somewhat expected. This hotel was a great location. Close to mall and lots of eating. Room is a basic hotel room, good for sleeping. If you want romance-bring it with you. Breakfast was better than average(lasted later than most too) with fresh waffles and great coffee. Also only a few minutes from family that lives in area for visits.

Very nice looking lobby. Good service from all employees. Every morning at 4:30 am a sweeper truck would sweep through an adjoining lot and make lots of noise. It left in approx 20 minutes. I enjoyed my stay very well. The service was good and friendly. Very good continental breakfast for no charge. Free newspaper and lobby pc for banking etc.

Wife was very handy. Pool was small and not real clean. Not real bad or real good, average.

Great self-service breakfast. Extremely hard to find. Is clean and friendly, two different but great restaurants within walking distance, plus for those so inclined, next to a mall.

During check-in, the desk clerk was unknowledgeable. During check out, another clerk was rude and literally ignored me. The lock on the room door was broke. I had to prop a chair against the door to aid in securing it. I was very displeased overall and would rather spend the extra money to stay in a more quality hotel with a better trained staff.
