The experience was very good at this Sleep Inn. Beds were very comfortable, the room conditioned well, and it was very centralized to the interstate, downtown Memphis, and Memphis Motorsports Park. The only problem we had was the shower was hard to turn off and dripped some. Other than that everything was great.

Staff. Shower was dirty. Hotel was good for economy wise. Not very clean. The sheets had stains on them and shower had mildew inside.

There were no small refrige in the room, ice maker was in the hotel lobby. The room had no remote to the tv and when we called the front desk they said come down and pick it up instead of bring it to the room where it should have been in the first place. But there was a Justin Timberlake concert on the TV in the lobby so I understand why the service was so poor.I am still waiting on the remote. On a good note, near thre was a pizza place called 'BEST PIZZA IN TOWN" and it was just that wow, I will stay at this hotel just to be near that place,,, great

Room was nice. Had to swap rooms twice, microwave didn't work 2nd time, not enough plugs. Had to change rooms twice, microwave didn't work, not enough plugs to use the swapped one appropriately, but staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Pool was great!

dirty pillowcases, torn sheets, spider on bed, broken alarm clock, comment card has no address on it! Staff seemed unconcerned. Will not stay there again.

The stand in shower was nice. Overpriced & Dirty. I am a hotel supervisor and we pride ourselves with customer satisfaction & service. This hotel was overpriced but I know it was due to the big event held there. The sheets were dirty and when called down to receive fresher sheets was told to come get it myself. We needed fresh towels the next day & could not receive any until we turned in the dirty ones. The sink had a slow drain so we had to wait for the water to go down every time we used it. There were no movie channels to watch on the small television. This hotel was not new and I do not mind paying for something when it's worth it. Please send a representative out to inspect the hotels you guys advertise.

Yes, this is a cheap, 2 star hotel, so maybe my expectations were too high. There was no blanket on my bed; just the icky bedspread. Room had been cleaned, but was not very clean. Maybe the hotel is just old. But my main complaint is that the front desk clerk didn't know where any of the local attractions were (BB King's restaurant, Graceland) and was unwilling to help us locate directions/info even when we asked if he'd look on the internet or in a phone book for us. Very rude.

Plenty of hot water, towels and clean sheets. The hot tub was advertised as available but was completely closed and my room had a horrible sticky stain on the carpet near the TV. It provided us with temporary sleep accommodations and the staff was nice, the a/c worked, the TV worked and the showers where interesting in design.

The bathroom shower. No hot tub. I was very pleased with this hotel. It doesn't really look like the pictures on the web site, and that is a plus. I thought it would be rundown a bit, but it was really nice. Breakfast was just ok. Pool was only 5 feet, and no hot tub. But overall a really nice place. We are already planning another trip this summer with our kids.

I went with my wife and the staff was very nice and courteous. Place is clean and food was good. Just little expensive but over all stay was worth for the value.

Nothing. The bed. This hotel stated that it had a hot tub, and when we got there the hot tub was filled with concrete and the pool was cold. The rooms were dirty and the room safe did not work. The bed was hard and there were not enough pillows. The king rooms need larger TVs. The room that we stayed in the door would not close properly and we had to use the deadbolt to make sure the door stayed shut.

Staff was very accommodating. Location. Hotel met all my needs, although the hotel location I booked was at a different location than the one that I was placed in when I got my email confirmation.

The hotel was conveniently located near local attractions. My toilet hummed half the night and we had to turn off the water to stop the sound. Sleep Inn is an easy to find, reasonably affordable little hotel. It has a clean, cute swimming pool, and modest exercise facilities. The front desk staff was helpful and courteous. Check-in was a breeze. Typical continental breakfast, but close enough to other restaurants if you want something more filling. I highly recommend this hotel for people who want a nice place to stay, but don't need a lot of extra frills.

It was clean and appeared to be safe. It met my needs. No privacy in the bathroom. The hotel was located a short distance from downtown and convenient to where I needed to be. Basically it met my needs.

Rude desk person, food in fridge dead flies on windowsill holes in blankets & bedspreads every day asked for towels coffee bar not filled no heated. When we arrived to check in desk person was very rude, food left in fridge I had to clean out, dead flies on windowsill, everyday we had to ask for towels and it was 4 of us and they had only 2 towels. Big holes in blankets and bedspreads, house keeping took the remote control on second day of our stay, coffee bar was not filled till the day before we left, and pool was not heated.

Excellent staff. Blankets and bedspread were way past due to be replaced by new ones. It was OK but I probably would not choose Sleep Inn again.

Location to what I needed. Pool closed at 10:00. Too Early, we got there at 10:00. Pool was green! One Towel in room had to wait to get others.
