The Sleep Inn Medical District was a nice hotel. We were very pleased with The Sleep Inn. It was on the edge of town, but easy to get from the hotel to where we wanted to go. Very comfortable and priced reasonably.

Staff was friendly, room and hotel was very clean. Hot tub could have been cleaner. I called to verify late check in and was promptly taken care of. The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.

Good evening staff. Breakfast foods were still frozen. Not a place I'd recommend. Paid too much for the quality. Day staff was rude, on duty manager was rude. The walls in the room had something on them that looked like stains. The biscuits for breakfast were frozen and gravy cold and they ran out of milk.

Friendly staff. Pool didn't open till 10 am. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Pool stayed open until 10 which was nice to wear the kids out. Considering it was practically full, everything seemed to run smoothly.

Very clean, employees were nice and front desk was helpful. Front desk was very helpful. Our room was clean and the shower was large and easy to get into.

Very clean and comfortable room. Will stay there again. On our budget, this was a very pleasant place to stay. Room was spotless, bed comfortable, extra pillows with out asking. Shower had controls that were very easy to set and adjust. Overall, very nice stay and we will visit again.

Clean, deluxe continental breakfast. Heating unit was constant fan and very drying. This is a good moderate hotel. Beds were comfortable but heat with constant fan was very drying.

This hotel is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is friendly and even the breakfast was good. The fixtures in the room could have been better, the toilet was loud and the shower door did not close easily. This hotel was quiet and clean. The hotel staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast offered there and noticed that even though breakfast closed at designated times the staff was flexible and did not rush people out of the dining area. I did not want cleaning service one day and they slipped a note under the door saying that if I changed my mind they would come and clean it. This hotel is perfect for travelers and for people wanting a nice get away. It is not a romantic hotel but it is value for the money. Thank you!

Nice size room with a large shower. Ice and other accomodations were too far from the room. This is a nice and clean hotel with decent decorations and accommodations. Comfortable beds with lots of pillows.

Friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the room. Also 4 pillows per bed. None that I can think of. A fine place to stay for the money. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room and motel were very clean. I really like the shower with door instead of a curtain. No bathtub which I didn't mind but may be important to some. There were four pillows per bed which was nice. The bed was firm and comfortable and the heat/AC worked fine. I'd have no problem staying there again and probably will.

It was located in a convenient place and everything was clean. The staff on the day I was there consisted of a couple of young girls working the lobby who weren't overly eager to serve. I probably wouldn't stay here again because there are many choices of hotels in Springfield with much friendlier staff and much more convenient amenities. The building was sort of chopped up, we didn't take the time to search out the pool or the continental breakfast.

Staff was helpful, room was clean. Breakfast was mostly crabs, not good for some of us. The beds were firm but comfortable; the pillows were not too hard. The staff helped us with our boxes and suitcases, and gave good directions to places in town. I liked it!

Manager's reception from 5-7pm was excellent! Excellent location in South Springfield. Room with king bed was very comfortable. Parking near an entrance/exit was available. I would stay at this facility again.

Location was great for us. No double sinks in the bathroom. Enjoyed our stay. Check-in was effortless. Everything seemed clean and fresh, so no complaints. We were pretty much in and out since we were in the area for a family function, but would definitely use this motel again.
