needed a room in leesburg due to family health issue there, very happy with the stay, will stay there again

Very quiet, friendly staff, room was clean, overall, excellent for what we paid. Getting into the parking lot was difficult if traffic was heavy. I found this hotel to be moderately priced, very clean and quiet, the rooms were nice. Staff was very friendly. Will stay there when I return to Leesburg.

We arived and went to our non-smoking room, which smelt of smoke, there where none left, they insisted it was a n/s floor.I have a lung disease that only 200,00 people in th U.S. has and one thing that will kill me is cig/pipe smoke of any kind so I know smoke. Well we turned the air on full blast and went to dinner, and it was better when we came back. I got ready to take my shower and looked in and there was hair on the walls YUK !!!!!So I had to clean that, and they didn't clean it the second day we were there either. They have a card for your door to put out if you want you sheets changed, I do because of my lungs and asthma, so we asked they be changed, NO THEY DIDN'T, plus there's more smoke smell in our room when we turn up the air, they must smoke by the air unit, and think takes it out !!! The breafast was a joke, with 3 little tables, 1 toaster with 2 holes, no micro-wave on site, just the tiny little bit they could get by with and call it a buffet. If you have no where else to stay keep driving.

We arrived at the hotel moments after it was discovered that a water pipe had burst and several rooms had water damage- our room did not, but the effort put forth by the staff was exceptional. The hotel itself had just been re-carpeted and was clean and comfortable. Cannot have it any better.

More than served my needs and was very clean. The breakfast period from 6am-9am should be extended to10am. It's just a good value.

The room was nice and clean. However the night desk man disputed that the room was prepaid, and was very rude when I questioned him. Upon checkout he again questioned the charge, and we gave him our credit card which he then charged the room on. The bill has not shown up on our credit card, so possibly the error was discovered. The pillows are really in need of replacement and no extras were available.

This is an average Sleep Inn. It was clean and reasonably well kept. The best feature is location ......right accross the hwy from a Super Walmart, so if you forgot something or wanted a few cans of coke or a bottle of wine it was right there...

The staff kept their cool when the hot water pipes burst and flooded several floors. There were no bath tubs or king size beds. It is a nice, clean hotel to spend a night or two in. Nothing luxurious, but fine for passing through on the way to somewhere else. The Denny's next door was convenient.

The room wa okay. It was realitively clean. The door dead bolt did not work. The bed spreads had patches on them, looked unprofessional and tacky. Breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful and polite.

Absolutely nothing. It was filthy and the staff was not friendly or helpful. I am still sick from the smoke smell of the room (sinus infection). There were 3 stains on the bed spread and multiple stains on the carpet. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was disgusted by the filth. It was noisy and was a terrible experience. I asked for my money back so I could find a different place to stay and was told there was nothing the person could or would do about the situation. My mother (who had the second room) has asthma which is induced by strong smells like cigarette smoke and even when I explained the medical condition the attendant said he wouldn't help us. I have had positive experiences in the past that have really been overshadowed by this experience.

The breakfast medley was a little better than a continental breakfast. The pillows were lumpy. The hotel was a lot cleaner than expected. The rooms are small, but for a one night stay like ours it was perfect. We were 17 miles out from where we wanted to be because there was no moderately priced hotel in the Eustis, fl area.

This Hotel was average. It is in need of some repairs. The staff was friendly. My overall experience was a little lower than average. There appeared to be mold in the bathroom. It needed some painting. Room smeld a little musty.
