Check in was smooth. Continental breakfast area and the selections poor. A bit pricey for what you get.

Good maid service. The shower had no water pressure! The hair dryer did not work, no water pressure in the shower, other than that it was great.

Very clean and felt like a safe area. Without providing number of guest, got 1 double bed for 4 people. Cost 40% to upgrade to 2 doubles. Friendly enough staff but seemed like they were just doing a job. Continental breakfast was adequate but not fantastic. We didn't use the pool but it was a nice unexpected plus. The room was very clean with a small bathroom. There was a nice shower but no bathtub. Beds were comfortable and the pillows were great.

Friendly front desk clerk. Very limited TV channels, given handicap room when I am not handicap, odd odor. Would not recommend, better hotels in same area.

Lobby was nice, convenient to I85. Did not get the feeling this hotel was all that clean under the surface. Would not recommend this hotel. The air conditioner / heater was very loud. If you turned it on you couldn't hear the TV. The TV had a volume control on it that didn't let you turn it up to hear over the air conditioner. It was raining and very chilly out so we need the heater on.
