I liked the location, the indoor pool, close to everything. The room had no microwave, no refrigerator, I thought that was standard in any hotel. Overall the experience was satisfactory and I would definitely use Priceline for future reservations when I travel but I may have to upgrade next time.

Great location. Continental breakfast was a continental snack. Good stay for the money. Nice clean rooms and comfortable beds. The staff was friendly. On the down side the breakfast was very limited, more of a snack. Also the wireless was weak at our end of the building. All in all it was an adequate hotel for the money.

Very clean hotel, staff was very nice and helpful. Customer service was awsome. I will recommend this hotel to everybody. I loved it!

The room was actually nicer than I expected and the staff was extremely friendly. The window was cracked (extreme temperature fluctuations recently), bed could have been more comfortable. This hotel was much nicer than I expected for the money. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to a major interchange. A perfect stopping place during a long drive, or as a base while you explore Northern AZ.

The hot tub was never in service. The pool was right across the hall from the rooms--too noisy. The free breakfast was a joke----one toaster for everyone to share!! Dry cereal, white toast, bagels, and Eggo Waffles you got to heat in the toaster----when it was your turn! The area was too small. There needs to be some kind of dress code----bare feet, jammies, or still wet hair from the shower need to be taken care of before eating in public! The one light over the free computer never worked. There was a long, black hair inside the coffee maker, the "queen" bed was a "double"--I had to ask the boyfriend of the desk clerk to move so I could used the free computer! The front desk clerks were very nice---at least I can give them that much! We were approached by a "panhandler" in the parking lot, which is right off the main road! They need to have some kind of fencing around the parking lot---I am not paying $* for a 3 night stay to put up with that! We will stay somewhere else the next time we go to Flagstaff. Sorry to be so dismal. But, I wish I would have known all this before booking my stay.

The amenities and quality. Our toilet was leaking gallons of water over the top of the tank, which they did fix halfway through our trip, but it smelled the rest of our stay. I cannot complain about the quality of this hotel for the price that we paid. I have stayed at much nicer Sleep Inn's though. It was clean enough, but the linens and towels were very old and thin. Some of the staff was very helpful and some were not. It was a great location, but you could hear the highway traffic all night long. If you're a light sleeper, you might consider staying somewhere else.

"Upon checking in (could hear dog barking) this resort allows pets. Found out after checking in that spa and pool were closed (In july). No elevators. Rooms ok, not too clean. No shower or frig,microwave."

It had a convenient location. The bed was hard and the room was tiny. I wanted to laugh when I saw the room. The hotel is nice looking and is right across the street from a Walmart and Buffalo Wild Wings. There is a movie theatre about 2 miles away and it's not far away from downtown. The bed was hard and I did not enjoy sleeping in it. The pool was nice and warm and it stays open until midnight, which was nice.

Beds comfy. Sticky, oily floors, construction at the hotel, covered our window with painter's paper. Really dirty floors, my son's feet were black after walking on them barefoot for an hour. Hotel under construction and they covered our windows in the morning with painter's paper. Then the work was noisy. Beds were comfy. Staff person friendly.

Staff were very friendly and helpful; indoor pool was nice. Single bed room was small, but comfortable. The hotel lobby, breakfast area, pool and staff were very nice. The rooms were nice, but a bit on the small size. The size of the room was not a problem to us and the room was clean and bed was comfortable. The location was great and the price was excellent.

Beds were comfy. Doors didn't stay shut when closed. Hotel was pretty good, we used one of the handicapped rooms but the shower curtain was too short and let water out which was slippery to walk on, but other than that the room was functional, beds comfy and it was a quiet time of year, so not a lot of kids in pool.

"I was disappointed in the room. Showers weren't cleaned, there was a used washcloth in the shower, and the tracks were dirty. Staff was curt, not rude, but not friendly either. Beds were uncomfortable. I expected more from a larger city. We won't be back."

Convenient location, clean facilities and good parking. Staff wasnt rude, just not as helpful to someone from out of town. The Sleep Inn was kind of tucked in, but still at a very convenient location to everything from restaurants to I-40.There were no elevators, which didn't bother me, but did bother a young couple with small children and lots of luggage. The rooms were clean and decent sized for the price. Overall I had a very pleasant experience.

"The staff was very nice, past that I have to say it didn't go very well. The room was extremely dirty. I have a one year old and she was black from crawling on the floor. They didn't clean while we were there (for 3 nights) and one day I had to ask for the room to be vacuumed. They were very accomodating to my request, but should you have to ask? They don't have cribs, just a heads up and the breakfast was not that great. Not problems they can't overcome, but I wouldn't go back."

Very nice and clean hotel. Linen and roll a bed could be better. Hotel is very good for the category. Clean with friendly staff. Rooms are adequate, but bathrooms are on a small side. Continental breakfast was better than average for star category. The pool and hot tub were clean and spacious. The only drawback for us was a bad mattress on a roll a bed we needed for our younger son, and somewhat old linen. In general I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

"Hotel has nice location near strip mall w/ grocery store & restaurants, & freeway. Our room was disappointing b/c one pillow had no pillow case, no bathtowels in bahtroom & all lighting was like hospital lighting. The room was quite uncomfortable, just very small & really bad lighting. We got a great rate, and I wasn't expecting much, just a place to relax & sleep, but I couldn't seem to do that w/ the bad lighting and bad amenities."

Clean facilities, convenient location, and great staff. It was a little bit loud with kids running around in the halls. This hotel was conveniently located in the heart of flagstaff. Everything a traveler could want is located within 5 minutes of this hotel. The staff is awesome and friendly and is able to help you out with whatever you need. The place was clean as one could desire. Highly recommended hotel.
