The cleanliness and friendliness. I liked everything. This hotel was better than any 2.5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. Probably better than 3 star hotels it was rated one star. It was exceptionally clean and quiet and the people went out of their way to make it a nice stay. It had the best shower of any hotel I have ever stayed at.

The young gentleman at the front desk was ungroomed, rude and basically not a pleasant person.

Price and proximity. The room we had, had stained, wet carpet. The hotel itself would have been fine. But they allow dogs. The carpeting flooring was wet and stained.

Clean & quiet. No workout facility. Very pleased and liked the location a lot. It was conveniently located to just about everything and was a direct route to the University of Arkansas to see our kids.

Wireless internet in the room and each bed had four fluffy pillows! The hotel was very clean, quiet, and the staff was very polite. The rooms were comfortable and I loved having four big fluffy pillows on my bed!

The beds were very comfortable. Although the room was small, it was efficient, clean and quiet. There was one man at the front desk who seemed to do everything, so you'd have to wait just a moment to get service. The hotel was just what we needed. It was in a great location and was comfortable.

The rooms were clean and nice beds soft lots of pillows. No pool the features said there was a pool. We had no problem with the hotel; very clean, people were nice; no pool.

Cleanliness, price, and a GREAT continental breakfast. The man at the front desk wasn't very willing to help in any way. Small rooms, but they were clean. Great continental breakfast. Easy access and a restaurant next door and others within walking distance.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Lobby under construction. Got two bills. Easy to find, just off the highway. The lobby was under construction, it was pretty clean considering that. We had to move rooms within 5 minutes of arriving because the toilet overflowed and flooded our bathroom. Staff was very friendly and accommodating about getting us moved.

Staff was warm, friendly, and flexible. Place was clean. Ugly bedspreads. Truly hideous color. Safe, pleasant, and clean. Meets every basic need for a place to lay your head for the night.

We stayed for 2 nights after the first night we were allowed to change to a smoking room due to none available. There were no ice machines on the upper floors. The hotel manager was very friendly and accommodating him did a really great job of making us fell like guests and not just customers.

The location was good. The room was smoking and tiny. I was not pleased with the type of room we received. The hotel told me that I had reserved a smoking room and I had not and they told me there were no other rooms available. The room was very small and there were no toiletries. There were cigarette burns in the carpet. I received a bill under more doors on the morning we were to checkout and I had already paid for the room. The staff was not very helpful. I would not recommend this hotel.

Cleanliness. Easy access from the highway. Price. Minor maintenance needed. Bathroom door-latch not working properly. This hotel satisfied all our needs, great price, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend to others.

Incredibly nice for a 'one star', very clean, great breakfast Pre-arranged rooms via telephone, but they were not available when we arrived This hotel is in an excellent location, right in the middle of the Fayetteville business strip. The rooms are a little cramped and the walls thin, but they are clean and the beds are comfortable. I phoned ahead to prearrange a specific set of rooms and was told that they would be held in our name, but when we arrived, they'd decided to 'renovate' those rooms the day before---a big annoyance, since we wanted connected rooms but did not get them. Overall, I was very pleased with it, though.
