Was only a smoking room left for 4th of July but as soon as a non-smoking became available they moved us. Friendly staff. Rooms were clean and quiet. Beach is a walk so if you are carrying a lot of stuff you should drive and park down the road. Hotel address is Destin but this hotel is really in Miramar Beach I thought that was misleading. KFC right next door has Miramar address but hotel has Destin address. This hotel is about 7 miles from Destin

Clean, comfortable, fair-priced. Good location to several points of interest, namely the outlet mall and the beach. While not right on the beach, was within 5 minutes of a state park which is not as crowded as the beach associated with condos located right on the beach. It was last minute plans to stay in Destin and the hotel accommodated our needs.

We looked everwhere for a place for our weekend getaway and found the Sleep Inn to have better prices than the other hotels around the outlet mall. The staff was very friendly. We will be back. They are right across the street from the outlet mall. And we could walk across the street to eat at Brunos. Glad we found this place.

The staff was all very nice. The rooms were tiny! We asked for queen size beds but the hotel only had full size beds. The staff was excellent! Very nice. The rooms were very small. Not recommended for more than 3 people.

If you are going to Destin and looking for a romantic get away or to enjoy a family vacation then... This isn't the place. For the money there are much nicer spots on the strip. If you just need a place to rest for the night it's an okay option. Small pool right off the lobby that was average. There is no work out room so if your looking to drop a few pounds while on your trip forget it...We were told we could get a discount at the gym up the street..NO THANKS!!! It is definately off the beaten path and at the far end of the strip. I was under the impression from the site this was a newer hotel but that is not the case. The eating area is very small and there is not a great selection. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. I was just expecting more for the money (although we did go on a holiday weekend). I got a much nicer room up the strip in the middle of everything for only about $30-$50 more a night and well worth the money. This was our first time to Destin and I was impressed with the beaches and area in general. Draw backs - NO Direct flights, not close to beach and expensive taxi's - I blew about $90 in cab fare just going to a wedding up the street because we wanted to drink... Car rental is a must!!! Hope this helps ...

The staff was very friendly and helped us out a lot. They did not have an elevator and the location was far away from attractions compare to other hotels. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I, especially, love the friendly staff. They made sure to greet us upon our arrival and departure. They also helped us when we needed to find nearby actions. I didn't particularly care for the distance and the fact there was no elevator. The rooms were good for a small simple vacation but I wouldn't recommend it to large families.

There was a roof over my head and a bed to sleep in. It was incredibly overpriced for the amenities, or lack thereof, provided by the hotel, especially considering the inconvenience of proximity to the beach.

The room was very cozy. When we checked in, the staff was very helpful. The hotel is no where close enough to walk to the beach. We had to drive to the beach then try and find a parking space.

Close too many restaurants, stores and the beach. Comfortable. More suitable for a short stay, 3 days or less. Clean. Hospitable. Simple continental breakfast. Excellent location for a variety of activities. Overall a nice hotel for a weekend gets away on a moderate budget.

It was located across the road from the outlet mall. It was a little hard to access from the opposite side of the road. The room was clean and had enough space for the weekend that we were there. We liked the location being right across from the outlet mall.
