I never have bad reviews to write about hotels we stay in. My expectations are not high. But, our experience at the Sleep Inn Denver Tech Center Greenwood Village was horrible. We were travelling with our family and needed two rooms. Before I made my reservations I called the hotel directly to ask the best way to assure that we would get adjoining rooms. I was told to put it in the comments as I made online reservations, and it would get done. When we arrived they had put us on two different floors. The receptionist, who was as helpful as she could be, finally arranged for us to be on the same floor, but with several young children travelling with us it was important that our rooms connect so that we weren't separated. After explaining our dilemma the owner would not help us at all. He said that we needed to prove that we actually had called ahead and made the request. The hotel listed a money back guarantee if we were not satisfied. We did not ask for that. We felt as if we were owed at least a discount. The owner did not honor his guarantee at all. He was rude and unaccommodating to say the least. Privately, the receptionist told us that she was surprised that he treated us as nicely as he did. She explained that he usually gets irate at customers who feel unsatisfied and ask for a refund. I will never stay at this hotel again and have made the same advice to all I know.

I stayed there last night and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. Aside from that, the rooms had a nice desk in them to get a little work done and smelled fresh. The Sleep Inn Denver Tech Center Greenwood Village is a good value - I highly recommend it.

The Sleep Inn Denver Tech Center Greenwood Village is a great place to stay. I've stayed here twice and have no complaints. Nice view of the mountains. Close to shopping (Target right around the corner) and good restaurants. Breakfast is simple but good. Only about 10 minutes to downtown Denver!

I didn't have any problems at all with the hotel. It's a run-of-the-mill average hotel. I stayed in a single room on the 3rd floor and was just fine. The best part was being able to see the TV from the bathroom and the shower! Breakfast was decent and was actually ready before the start time, which worked out great for me! Right by a Target and plenty of other necessities. Would stay there again.

I stayed at the sleep inn in the Denver Tech Center area and was there for only one night. I checked out the next morning and 2 hours after check out realized that my digital camera was not in my bag. I called the hotel and explained that I had left my camera on the counter top next to the TV They said they would ask housekeeping if they found anything...they didn't put me on hold and asked a woman if she found anything in the room...but wouldn't ask specifically if she found a new digital camera. She said no (go figure) and so the front desk person went to my room, it was cleaned from top to bottom and no camera. They told me there was nothing they could do for me other than to take my name and number and contact me if something came up. I explained that I knew exactly where I left it...and asked them what they intended to do about the missing camera. I was then told that there was no proof that I even had a camera there and as a result there was no recourse. Well, I have a recourse and it is this...warning anyone else of the Sleep Inn Denver Tech Center Greenwood Village. Your stuff is not safe! Save your money for a more reputable company!

When I booked my trip I requested & paid for a refrigerator & microwave (thru a 3rd party) When I got to my room I unpacked and notice there was no refrig nor microwave. I called the front desk and I was told they did not see my request on their paper work and no rooms were available with these items during stay. I was told I would have to contact the 3rd party for my refund. When I returned home I called the agency who booked the trip and a conference call was made to hotel. X who said she was the manager told me right off that I would not receive a single red penny for refund. She insisted the items were in the room and even told to come back to the hotel and she would show me. She was VERY RUDE during this call and proceeded to again tell me I would not get a refund and she better things to do. The front desk clerk was again on duty when I left and I told him the items were not in the room, he once again apologized and told me to contact the agency who booked the trip. Overall trip was good. Don't pay in advance for items.... she had better things to do.

My boyfriend and I were in Denver on business. The Sleep Inn Denver Tech Center Greenwood Village is right off I-25 with Downtown Denver only 10-15 minutes away. We were up late working on a project when we realized we forgot some essential tools for our project; scissors, white out, copy paper, staples and ect.. The hotel staff was INCREDIBLY accomodating. We did not have to leave the hotel to complete our project which saved us time and money. The hotel rooms are small but cozy and breakfast selection was ok. Would have liked to have seen a better fruit selection but overall the hotel was nice.

"I really expected more from a Choice Hotel. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The room was clean and everything else was okay, but isn't a good nights sleep the most important thing? The price was fantastic, but I didn't sleep well."

"The rooms were clean but the hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The beds were hard and the pillows small, flat and hard. We drove to walmart to get extra pillows. The walls are really thin and it was very noisy. I would rather pay a little more for a good night sleep."

"it's not the hilton, but its a safe, clean, economy hotel (typical thin walls, small bathrooms). the breakfast sucked, but that was expected and there is a 24 hour ihop in walking distance. we also walked to coors amphitheatre from here with no problem. it's a place to stay, and you get what you pay for. safe neighborhood, would definitely stay again."
