The Sleep Inn was in a decent location pretty close to Centennial Airport where I flew in. Nothing real fancy...just a comfortable bed, quiet & clean room at a great price. The continental breakfast was adequate, but I wasn't expecting much either for the fair price.

Surprisingly high quality at a very low cost.

I never have bad reviews to write about hotels we stay in. My expectations are not high. But, our experience at this hotel was horrible. We were travelling with our family and needed two rooms. Before I made my reservations I called the hotel directly to ask the best way to assure that we would get adjoining rooms. I was told to put it in the comments as I made online reservations, and it would get done. When we arrived they had put us on two different floors. The receptionist, who was as helpful as she could be, finally arranged for us to be on the same floor, but with several young children travelling with us it was important that our rooms connect so that we weren't separated. After explaining our dilemma the owner would not help us at all. He said that we needed to prove that we actually had called ahead and made the request. The hotel listed a money back guarantee if we were not satisfied. We did not ask for that. We felt as if we were owed at least a discount. The owner did not honor his guarantee at all. He was rude and unaccommodating to say the least. Privately, the receptionist told us that she was surprised that he treated us as nicely as he did. She explained that he usually gets irate at customers who feel unsatisfied and ask for a refund. I will never stay at this hotel again and have made the same advice to all I know.

I've stayed here before and will come back again. I am a commuter to Denver from Colorado Springs and often need a place to stay. I loved the newly renovated rooms and nice breakfast...Great value, everything I needed...

Comfortable beds, nice clean room, great for the money. Breakfast choices were very limited, but good. Nice, clean rooms. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great price for the quality of the rooms. I will stay here again if in this area of Denver. I hope other Sleep Inn hotels are this clean and nice in other places. I will check into this chain again.

The bathroom shower tub should have a plastic bathroom rug because it was so slippery. It should have refrigerator. Everything else looked nice and good! Thank you for hospitality!

My boyfriend and I were in Denver on business. This hotel is right off I-25 with Downtown Denver only 10-15 minutes away. We were up late working on a project when we realized we forgot some essential tools for our project; scissors, white out, copy paper, staples and ect.. The hotel staff was INCREDIBLY accomodating. We did not have to leave the hotel to complete our project which saved us time and money. The hotel rooms are small but cozy and breakfast selection was ok. Would have liked to have seen a better fruit selection but overall the hotel was nice.

The Sleep Inn Greenwood Village was perfect for my situation. Sometimes I like to stay in Denver to cut down on driving. This place was nice, a small but effective room and free breakfast--a great one--the next morning! I'll definitely be back, often!

Free breakfast. Not the cleanest. The hotel met our needs. It wasn't the nicest or the crummiest hotel we have ever stayed in. We slept well. The mattress was good. The waffle iron in the breakfast bar needs replacing. The waffles always got stuck spray or no spray. The bathroom was a little dirty when we arrived. Snow accumulated on the dish and television was unavailable for 24 hours until my husband used the pool broom to clean it off himself.

This hotel is a great place to stay. I've stayed here twice and have no complaints. Nice view of the mountains. Close to shopping (Target right around the corner) and good restaurants. Breakfast is simple but good. Only about 10 minutes to downtown Denver!

I think the room (sound) insulation is not good, as you can hear some noises from other rooms or from hallways. Bathroom was very clean and it looks new. I'll check in again next time if in case I'll need a hotel in the area.

I liked comfortable beds, and new furnishings at this hotel. I did not like that some of the construction wasn't finished in our room. This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It had been newly remodeled, and had what I assume were new, and comfortable beds. However, there were a few outlets in our room that were not yet covered with their face plates, which presented a danger to our small children. My only other complaint is that the hotel was obviously understaffed, and the poor desk clerk was running around trying to keep up between the demands of the front desk and the breakfast room. Otherwise, it was a good experience!

Inoperable fax machine and no help from the front desk in trying to locate another business with a functional fax machine

Friendly staff and very helpful. Room was hard to stay cool. After my first shower, the water pressure was awful. I told the front desk, and by the time my wife and I returned the shower was fixed and cleaned up. Very impressed with everything.
