My daughter had an orientation at UTC and I shopped online for great rates. Orbitz had the best deal and when I tried to match through another hotel they couldn't do it. For one night it was a great deal, great stay, staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in a perfect and safe location. Lots of food choices and close to all attractions Chattanooga has to offer. The hotel was quiet and clean. Spacious shower and bathroom and the room is perfect for any traveler. The only problem I encountered was that you could hear the people above our room walking across the floor. Definitely will stay there again if in the Chattanooga area!

Very Nice Hotel For the Price! It was Very Clean And The Staff Was Very Nice. In A Local Area Around Alot Of Businesses And Food. There Was No Pool But We Were Out Alot Sight Seeing Anyways So It Wasnt A Huge Deal.It Was About 11 Miles From All The Main Attractions Which Was OK.

Had a fridge in the room, spacious shower and coffee was 24 hrs a day. It was OK. Quick access to things in Chattanooga and right by I-75.

We loved the rates, and the building was pretty nice, and the room was comfy. But one of the staff members is stuck up, dumb, and not helpful at all.

It had all amenities needed, good location, and free breakfast. Strong cleaning fluid smell, only apples for breakfast fruit. For the price, this was a great hotel.

I liked that the hotel was right across the street from restaurants. I'm not a smoker and I could still smell the smoke in the room from prior guess and we were a little stuffy at bedtime.

The Sleep Inn Chattanooga is located in an area with plenty of restaurant choices. The mall is nearby if you want to kill some time. The only unpleasant experience I had during this stay had nothing at all to do with the hotel itself, it was the traffic due to road construction on Shallowford Drive. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. I loved the bathroom; it had no bathtub, just a shower...but what a shower! Spacious and well-lit, with plenty of hot water. I would stay here again should the need ever arise. For the money, this was a great value to me.

The room was comfortable and clean; it had everything we needed for our stay. There was nothing that we didn't like. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The entire hotel smelled clean. The rooms aren't luxury but they had everything you need for a short stay. The staff was friendly. My expectations were exceeded.

1st room smelled but was able to change to better one. Smoking rooms were not properly aired out. Good overall but smoking rooms not aired out. Staff allowed me to change rooms. Very helpful with directions to places nearby.

Not given an option for nonsmoking room. Trashy, nothing like the pictures! The pictures were apparently taken years ago when the hotel was brand new.

Great location, Friendly staff No soap, shampoo or conditioner in room.

Very clean, friendly, helpful staff, located near the mall, shopping, several very good restaurants close by. Anytime I go to Chattanooga, I plan to stay at this hotel.

Price and convience of places to eat. Very hot when taking shower. Hotel was a good stayI enjoyed it.

It was really clean. The decor was a little out of date. The hotel was right off I-75, easy off, easy on. The room was comfortable, everything was accessible, and it was a perfect place to stay the night on a road trip.

The room was clean , and I like the large shower area. The hotel is a very good place to sleep and shower. I think it would be better if they put a small refrigerator in the room. Parents need to keep milk and juice cold for thier children.

It was close to the attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms were not big enough, and for a queen bed! My bed at home is bigger being a full size. Over all the room was ok. I was on my honeymoon and had a lot of places we wanted to visit so didn't spend much time in the room. The room was small, the bed was supposed to be a queen size and my bed at home is a full size and it was bigger than what the hotel called a queen. The fridge barely worked and the staff could have been a little nicer.

Excellant room for the price. Breakfast was so-so. Very nice room.
