This hotel was very comfortable and it was convenient to where we needed to be. We were very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room, the friendliness of the hotel staff. Staying here made our trip great and we will definitely be staying there on our next trip down to Charleston. A great value for the price.

Near attraction. Cleanliness andstaff attitudes. I was very disappointed. No towels in the bathroom called down for towels and got attitude from the staff for bothering them. Had to wait 25 minutes for the staff to bring new towels.

Nice clean place to stay. Good continental breakfast. Would definately stay there again!

Check in almost went smoothly. The one glitch was the clerk put us in a smooking room which he quickly correctly and apologize. I was pleased with the maintenance and cleanliness of the room. The contentintal breakfast was fair, but I'm not a fan of no meat and eggs breakfasts. The business center was easy to use and they keep a supply of paper for printing. Overall, I felt that the room would've been a great value except for the fact there was a price war going on with the hotel next door which made my discount none existance. Would I stay here again and/or recommend it to a friend; yes because it is a good clean room that is between town and a lot of the sites and attactions.

The room was very nice and clean. The room was very nice but due to where the room was located (side entrance to the parking lot) had the pleasure of being awaken several times throughout the night with people exiting and entering the hotel letting the door slam. Overall was pleased with hotel but will not stay next to an exit again.

Wasn't there for the tourism, but if you are, the hotel is a bit aways from the downtown area-maybe 10-15 min. drive. Rooms were great. Breakfast had no fruit. only breaded items and cereals. Computer access was also nice.

The room was very nice and clean. It had a small refrigerator and microwave. There was also plenty of room to set your suitcase up off the floor. It also had a closet area. We only stayed one night but the staff was helpful in suggesting restaurants nearby and giving directions to the airport. It was near the airport but did not hear any air traffic noise which I liked as I am a light sleeper.

They knocked. Broken A/C unit, no one who could fix it, uncomfortable beds, and not moving us to a new room. The A/C unit broke and we we're freezing all night because of the blasting cool air. No one on site could fix it and we were not moved to a new room. However, the rooms were clean and the free wireless internet is very nice. The beds were very uncomfortable though.

The Sleep Inn of Charleston was a good value for the money. The pool was big and enjoyable. The location was convenient to attractions.

Friendly staff. Noisy in the morning. Nice clean hotel close to downtown Charleston. Lot's of restauarants and shops nearby. Staff wass very friendly and helpful.

This hotel would have been great for the money, except we got a room across from the ice maker. The machine made lots of noise all night long and we barely slept at all.

The room was nice and the motel was very peaceful. Air-conditioning was fabulous. We were out sight-seeing the majority of our stay, but the motel served its purpose. Complimentary breakfast was adequate. Parking was not as convenient as we would have liked.

The staff was very friendly and helpful! The bath area was smaller than I thought but it was suitable. I would recommend this Sleep Inn local for most anyone from the leisure traveler to the business traveler to group travelers. It was not far from the historic area of Charleston, SC and the staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions about the area. I would stay there again when I travel that way again.

Hotel claims to have a ""fitness center."" It really shares it with the hotel next door. Room/bath itself were actually okay, however our keys had to be re-programmed daily. One night, OTHER PEOPLE TRIED TO COME INTO OUR ROOM AT MIDNIGHT. Desk checked them into our room (they didn't even have a record of us staying at the hotel). Only the chain on the door stopped them. DESK STAFF REPEATEDLY CALLED OUR ROOM AND HUNG UP; to ""see if there was anyone already staying there."" We received NO compensation or apology for all of this!! BUYER BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL!!

The Sleep Inn staff was very helpful and friendly. The only problem was getting out of the parking lot to the highway. The pool is shared with the Best Western next door, but has easy access and was clean and clear.

The beds were comfy. The rooms were not very up to date. This hotel is an excellent place to stay. It's not as nice as say the Hampton Inn because the rooms are outdated. There is a pool next door at the Best Western that is also owned by the Sleep Inn that's pretty nice. I will say the minute I hit the bed I fell right asleep, the pillows and mattress were great. The bedding was very thin and not what I'm used to.

I liked the continental breakfast. I did not like the evening staff. I would most definitely stay in this hotel again. The evening staff was the only thing that I did not enjoy. I did like the housekeeping staff they were very friendly and willing to help out in any way they could.

The friendliness and helpful attitude of the front desk person at check-in. The continental breakfast was not ready at the mentioned time. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience for the most part. The price was quite reasonable for the accommodations, which were clean and comfortable. The location was in short driving distance of several restaurants and shopping areas, and the front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful on check-in. And although the continental breakfast was not ready at 6:00am as mentioned, and we had to leave before everything was ready, we did eat before we left (about 15 minutes later than we planned). Despite the slight lapse in service at breakfast, I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others.
