Friendly and accommodating staff. The carpet appeared that it needed to be cleaned. Absolutely served its purpose.

The carpet was filthy (worst in my 30+ years experience) and the shower had not been properly cleaned. No remote for the TV? Overall not a very nice place to stay.

Very clean, and a safe place to park your car. Television had a big green spot in the picture tube. Nice clean hotel in a safe neighborhood, close to gas stations, restaurants, and a K Mart.

The staff/owners were kinda creepy... Just sort of stared you down when you had a concern. My bedspread had IRON burn right in center of it through the top. Am going to try elsewhere.

Location and easy access. Bed was much worn and uncomfortable bed clothes were too. This place could use a good cleaning, new beds and new bed clothes.

There wasn't anything. Rooms were not attractive, breakfast was not great, tables were dirty, parking lot was very dark, and staff was okay but hotel very low class. Not very impressed with the motel. What I paid was far too much money for this class of hotel. If I ever do this again in that area and have to select Brunswick as a location I will not take the chance that I may get this one again, I will go else where on my own.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel desperately needs to be updated. The hotel was generally clean and the staff was very helpful. The rooms were very outdated and in desperate need of new carpet.

Refrigerator & microwave in the room are cool. The shower area is nice. The coffee is very bad. The staff does not smile.

Morning staff prepared continental breakfast per our request at 6:00 am. Hotel was fine. I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience with it and resulting problems that arose with hotel management in regards to necessary changes in room accommodations and rates charged. I am resolved never to use it again and to relate the very unpleasant experience I had with everyone I know.

The management is friendly and helpful. Sheets were not tucked under the mattress. Dogs were in the hotel rooms. A reasonable price for an average hotel.

Nothing - nothing . Dirty - less than a 1 star, promoted as a 2 star. From the front desk receptionist to the inn itself I was terribly disappointed. I did not get past the reception area, before I turned around and walked out. Yes, I lost my money, but I would rather stay in decent lodging than a dump like this with terrible customer service.

Price. Tiny rooms, very dated furnishings, unkempt employees, lack of bathtub, wireless internet was unapologetically dysfunctional. This is NOT a two-star hotel! It's definitely a one-star hotel, and a poor one at that. The rooms were tiny and the furnishings were very dated. It was nearly impossible for me to fall asleep because the quality of the mattress was so poor when I had the springs digging into my back. Additionally, their wireless internet server got "fried" due to bad weather a few weeks back, and the unkempt desk clerk said they really have no plans of fixing it because it was too expensive. Most two-star hotels in America should have a bathtub and not simply a stained shower stall. Furthermore, the hotel is located right next to the interstate, so I got to fall asleep to the sound of semi trucks roaring by. If this is a two-star hotel, I'm frightened to see what a one-star hotel looks like.

The shower & fluffy towels/ the beds were fine. The carpet was old & dirty/one wash cloth for 2 people. The trip was for a graduation celebration, I wanted to change reservations to a town closer to my son's house. The fee of $50 for two rooms exchange was a complete turn off.
