First time stay. Hotel is pet friendly, with additional bonus of a walking trail and forested area behind it to walk your dog(s). Convenient location for walking to all shopping amenities. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable and lots of practical lighting for reading and working. Staff were courteous at all times. Lots of parking. Reasonable price. Would definitely stay there again.

I just want to say Thank you to the helpful and friendly staff. We decided last minute to take a road trip and we wound up at Sleep Inn. It was great, we parked and walked to everything we wanted to see & do. THe rooms were very clean and perfect for us.

We stayed at the Sleep Inn Bracebridge for a hockey tournament in March! The service and staff were great, very accommodating for the number of teams involved. No noise, which has been an issue at other hotels in the past!

Thought the bed was a box-spring at first it was so hard. Non-smoking hallway and room stunk of smoke from two smoking rooms (next to ours). Got lucky and someone cancelled (hotel was full), or would have switched hotels -- only stayed because rebate wasn't guarenteed and it was 10pm.Hot tub was broken, 'gym' has two pieces, room has 20"" TV, counter, sink, and 'toilet room' with toilet and shower -- sink in main part of room!
