I called and told them I had a flat tire and would be late checking in. Clerk told me not work worry and that if I needed to cancel there would be no charge. Very clean and staff helpful. I would go there again if I travel to that area.

The Sleep Inn Boone was fantastic! The location is great...so close to App State. The room was spotless and quite large. The decor was lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would love to stay there again.

The Sleep Inn at Boone was great and appeared to be new. We met family members there and rented two rooms on an upper floor. Both were comfortable and attractively decorated. There was an elevator and a large luggage cart which made it easy to transport our luggage. All staff members were gracious and polite. We would recommend this Sleep Inn to anyone.
