Out standing staff good brkfast.

They did not have any bathtubs in any rooms. The room was never cleaned while we stayed there and food was found in the microwave when we got there. No room had a bathtub which made it impossible to give my small children baths.

We were so surprised with our stay at the Sleep Inn in Bentonville. We went down for the Bikes, Blues, & BBQ event over this Oct weekend. Fayetteville was booked solid, so Bentonville was our closest option. I wasn't expecting much as I was thinking it would just be another low-budget/no frills chain. But my husband and I were very surprised and pleased! Friendly staff that offered directions & dining options. Bed was super comfortable--with great pillows. And free breakfast--that was actually good! Chocolate chip muffins and sausage biscuits--right on!!! When we go back to the BB & BBQ next year, we are going to stay here again. Check out Fred's Hickory Inn as it's on same Walton road. EXCELLENT.

Helpful staff and the continental breakfast was much better than we expected for the room price. We met friends there, so we had two rooms.

Helpful, kind,caring with a business like manner. Pool was out side and it rained most of the time. Pillows were to soft. All of the employees were helpful and answered questions with help and kindness. I would recommend them to any one any time. I did not find a grump in the place even with all the work they were trying to get done.

For the price it is quite pleasant for a overnight stay. Longer stays I would prefer a suite or studio-type, as Candlewood Inn. Found it to be clean, pleasantly furnished. The staff was cheerful and ready to help. The air conditioning was typical of this type, a tad noisy. The in-room entertainment was of good quality. I enjoyed my stay.
