The hotel was wonderful, the pool area is amazing! Our kids loved it they couldn't get enough! Hooked onto the mall was a plus for me I went shopping while everyone got some pool time in. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone with kids.

We stayed here over Christmas. The room was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. It was on the 4th floor and the elevator and hallways had not had any real cleaning done in a while, there was white dust an inch away from the hall wall and the floor of the elevator was dirty and had the same pop spill for all 3 days. The bathroom had not been cleaned. The toilet had dried vomit on it, it was littered with private body hairs, at least 20. The shower had dried nasal secretions on the floor and the wall and had more body hair. The bed had some gross sticky, greasy substance on both of the headboards. The fridge had not been cleaned from the last guest. The sink and mirror above were filled with the same dried nasal secretions. It was after 1am when we arrived and Iwas so tired that I called the front desk and told them of the condition, but he was disinterested. I used the public bathroom on the first floor because it was cleaner. The next day I told the front desk clerk and she just gave me this wide eyed look and said "here" and then sent a maid up to take a look and that was the end of that, they never bothered to give us another room, never apologized , never offered any solution, When I sent a letter to corporate I received a letter ( 2 line apology) from the manager where he again passed the buck to housekeeping. The letter was in reply to a Customer Relations Issue, I laughed it should have been LACK of customer relations. So the housekeeper, manager, and the front desk manager all dropped the ball. IF YOU WANT CLEAN THIS AIN"T IT

The hotel was very clean and neat. Could tell that it was well used. The check in staff wasnot very friendly. You can tell that this hotel is well used by many travelers. They were in the process of repainting and repairing many different areas of the hotel. But this was not a problem. Overall, very quiet and had a very enjoyable stay.

The reason a person books a room months in advance & confirm with his/her credit card, is that he/she will not have to worry about not having a room when he/she arrives later in the evening. My friends and I arrived at this hotel later in the evening and was told that our rooms were no longer available. Two people organized a getaway for 9 friends to have fun and shop, booked rooms in June, had the rooms confirmed with a credit card. We arrive late and were told there is no rooms available, the hotel overbooked BUT THEY FOUND US ROOMS FOR THE NIGHT AT ANOTHER HOTEL AT THEIR COST!! We booked NON SMOKING - 3 ROOMS WITH 2 QUEEN BEDS IN EACH ROOM. WE WERE GIVEN SMOKING ROOMS - 3 ROOMS WITH 2 DOUBLES IN EACH ROOM FOR 9 PEOPLE. We return to complain but so far the management has not agree to talk to us. WILL WE STAY AGAIN????? The convience to the maill is great - the management staff for their overbooking - NO!!!

The convenience to the mall. The bed was a little on the firm side for me. My overall stay here was a very good one, I'll recommend it to anyone.

"Best spot in Minot. Walking distance to lots of food venues, attached to mall and waterpark. Great place, those housekeeping staff could use some refresher courses on how to tidy up sometimes. All in all a great place to stay."

The room was brand new and very clean and comfortable. It was nice being attached to the mall. Very convenient. No complaints. The waterslides looked great and you got free passes for them. The location was great. Right at the mall that has great shopping and it is close to many good eating establishments.

Very convenient, with the mall and waterslides. Zero control over noise lever. This was the second time we stayed at the sleep inn in Minot. The first stay was quite enjoyable, however the second time was horrible, we stayed a Friday Saturday night, the noise level was far to load. There must have been up to eighteen children running the halls, screaming and yelling running into doors, the adults drinking in the hallways. The first stay at this hotel was very good; the second was like staying at some redneck hillbilly family reunion! Definitely do not recommend staying at Minot sleep inn on a weekend.
