Staff was very attentive to customer concerns. The road to the hotel from the main road is a challenge to access. This is our second stay at the Sleep Inn-Amherst, and we are certain that this is a reasonably priced hotel in close proximity to both Buffalo and Niagara Falls. We had issue with the original floor location of our room, because several youth sports teams were in town and running wild in the halls. Now I'm not one to complain, but the staff was courteous and quick to respond to our request for a quieter floor and got us a quiet room that solved all the problems. We appreciated the staff's responsiveness and assistance provided. This is what makes a good customer service.

Great location, very clean and exceptionally friendly staff - the room was so small we could barely move - literally - shower stall, no tub - but contintental breakfast, very clean, comfortable beds, warm pool and safe place - how big of a room do you need? Great spot for shopping and restaurants.We will be back!

We have stayed at may places in the Amherst area. Recently needed a place for quite a few family members to attend a family funeral. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were small but satisfactory and just about what we anticipated.

Very friendly staff, breakfast in the morning and close to the highway. No bar. My room wasin excellent condition. The staff made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was perfect, and everything was up to my expectations or better. Very comfy bed. Drifted to sleep with no problems.

Our room was not clean when we arrived or the next night, the pool is small and towels had to be asked for at the front desk, they hotel seemed really short staffed or maybe they just didn't care.

Fresh and clean hotel. The room was clean and neat there were no stains. The bathroom was beautiful and bright and clean and had an actual shower! Nice comfortable and clean hotel conveniently located near but not too near the airport and UB. Beautiful modern decor with comfortable clean furnishings. Smoking room was just as nice as all other rooms. 24 hour free fresh brewed coffee!

Great Location, easy to find, large breakfast area, with good selection. Ice machine, coke machine in breakfast area. Lots of restaurants nearby. Only problem, no laundry on site.

Very clean inside and out. The room stayed in was on the small side. The hotel was overall pretty nice. The service was good. There was no restaurant, but they did have breakfast and coffee. The room was clean but pretty small in size. Overall I would recommend this hotel to family and friends.

I was just there long enough to sleep and leave in the morning, but I did sleep well. Kind of smelt like BO when I walked in. Overall it was a good stay. I wish I had more time to use the pool and spa. I will stay there again when business takes me there.
