This was my very first time staying at The Sleep Inn. The service was very good. I love how big the room was. It smelled very good, the showers was clean,the bed was very comfortable and everything was good. I couldn't believe they had an iron and ironing board. The last hotel charged me 10 dollars for just an iron. I love that they had clear cable. It was just too real to be true. I love it here.

The staff was very friendly. Ants, broken furniture and 2nd floor lounge. We had to evacuate for Hurricane Gustav. Under the urgent conditions, our immediate needs for shelter were met. If I had a choice I would not stay at this property other than for some sort of illicit tryst. The atmosphere seems appropriate, below average but better than sleazy motel. The room had ants and the solution was to give us bug spray. The look and feel aside the staff was friendly and accommodating as they could be given the pressing situation. The housekeeping staff was very responsive.

Smoke alarm on the refrigerator, which had ants on it. Paper thin walls, no internet service, no customer service, had to get another room. They were afraid to ask how your stay was when you checked out. Just handed you the bill. We had reservations for a return in 3 weeks, they won't see us again!

No much I liked the hotel staff was rude and there were people smoking weed and they did nothing about it. There were ants in our room. We got woke up at 1:30 in the morning by hotel staff. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone at all. It was not all bad. The hotel was descent, but there were ants in the mini fridge and on the wall. We told hotel staff about it, and all they said is we will look into it. On our second night stay at this hotel we were woke up first by the hotel room phone ringing, and then second to a knock at door at 1:30 am that woke us up. The hotel staff said someone complained about us being loud, we had been asleep for 2 hours and had to leave at 4:45 am for the conference. The lady at the hotel that woke us up did no apologize or anything about waking us up or our 2-year-old child. This hotel is not a great one to stay at. The free breakfast, yea that was a joke, old bagels and fruit that I ate an apple and it had bad spots all threw it. I would never stay at this hotel again.

It would had everything I needed if it would have had a bathtub. Their wasn't anything that was disliked. It was a very peaceful vacation. The staff was friendly, and we had everything we needed in the room, so we really didn't need to ask them for anything.

There was nothing that was good about this hotel. Too many to say in 20 words. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I have been in the military now for over 21 years and never experienced disrespect or a more disgusting hotel in my life and I would like to rate so no one ever has to experience what I did. The room was not cleaned and all I got from the front desk was "sorry we did the best we could". Two days in a row I had no towels in the room. .

The hotel was easily accessible to me 240 and several fast food restaurants. The staff was friendly and courteous. There is nothing negative I can say about my stay. Overall, my experience at the hotel was good. I have no complaints. The hotel was easily accessible to me - 240 and there were several fast food restaurants nearby.

Quiet and private during my stay. No pool. Hotel was convenient to grocery store, Wal-Mart, places to eat and interstate.

A fairly good location from the inter-state. Stains on covers and carpet. Too warm in hallways. It was not an unpleasant stay, but there was nothing special to make me want to go back again.
