Upon check-in the counter lady was very polite and professional. Everything was clean and in good repair. There may be cheaper stays, but I doubt it would be worth the hassle of finding it in the city. It is located on the North end of town, at the intersection of Kiwanis Avenue and Russle Street. Close to the highways, without being right near the traffic noise, and was a straight shot to the Great Plains Zoo. Very safe neighborhood. Recommended for the price, quiet, cleanliness, and location.

Friendly staff. We needed to check out about a half hour later and that was not a problem. The staff always had a smile which is nice to see.

Their staff was courteous, room were nice and clean and I enjoyed the pool, hot-tub and small weight room. I would recommend this to anyone in the area for a reasonably priced room with above average amenities.

We stayed one night on our way to the Badlands / Black Hills area. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The pool / hot tub area is very nice. The staff is friendly and the continental breakfast was very good. Overall a great value.

It was in a good location close to where I needed to be.. That the pool wasn't that warm and there was only a shower in the room.

The room was fine, the hotel is close to the airport so when planes fly over, it gets a little loud. Fortunately, it isn't that busy of an airport. Overall, a decent place for the night.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Nothing. The hotel was a very nice place to stay at. I will stay there next time I good on a travel there.

Wireless Internet was not working. I spent 1 hour on phone with tech support to no avail. I pick hotels based on internet access. Finally connected by hokking my laptop to the wire from the lobby PC. I am finding out that some hotels advertise intenet but have inadequate bandwidth and the more guests that connect the slower the internet is.

Nothing. Saturated with cigarette smoke, poorly lit, old, and expensive for what we got. I would not stay here again. You cannot choose a non-smoking room ahead of time, and I don't think they really have them at all. The whole hotel is saturated with cigarette smoke. The rooms were dark and dingy. The parking areas are dark and poorly lit. Not a great experience and because of Sturgis.

Sure it's nothing fancy, but very well kept room, wireless internet, and a very comfortable bed. It is still the only time I ever slept through check out. The staff along with the manager was also extremely friendly. I would have paid twice the price, and will certainly stay again if in the area.

The staff was friendly and helpful. No close restraints. Delightful place to stop in for a night. There were no close eating establishment but the staff produced a wonderful folder with take out and delivery menus that were quite pleasing. Love the showers in the sleep inns. I would recommend this for a relaxing night also for a quick business trip. Just ask the staff they were wonderful.

Nothing. Next to airport. Airplanes fly directly overhead and very low. Hotel shakes.

Staff. Not many refrigerators in hotel rooms. Get some frigs.

"The average sized room included two queen beds, a clock radio, two comfy chairs, a table, a desk, a medium-sized television with remote, a coffeemaker, and an iron and ironing board. The bathroom included three sets of towels, a hairdryer, shampoo, and soap. The bathroom had a shower only (no bathtub) with a handrail to hold on to. The light in the shower had dead bugs in it, and the towel rack was broken. All rooms supposed to have fridge, but mine did not have one."

Received discounted price. N/A Hotel is clean and well-kept. Continental breakfast provided a good variety of choices and had adequate seating room. Am concerned that reservation may have been mixed up with another as I noticed after departing that home addresses on receipt was not mine.

Good price, free wireless broadband. Clean. The restroom in my room was not well maintained. The shower door did not close, and the faucet backplane fell off. Overall I was pleased with the hotel. There were a couple very minor inconveniences, but nothing that would keep me from staying there again.
