It wasn't great for the price of the room. The bed was uncomfortable and the comforter was paper thin. I probably won't stay there again.

Convenient, clean, friendly, helpful staff. The free breakfast was nasty. The juice was syrup consistency even my children who will eat most anything rejected this fare. I am a pretty easy to please person, but the food was bad. Unless it was prepackaged I would not eat there.

The shuttle service is excellent, and they will take you to a restaurant off site if you ask. The location is very convenient to getting to and from the airport, but is not a great area to walk around after dark.

We were very happy with the hotel. It was clean and had great ammenities, free internet, cable, iron etc. Also, the continental breakfast was very nice. The staff was friendly and gave us a room with a mini fridge since we were staying for six days. However one thing I will say is that they share the free parking lot with IHOP. It was often hard to find a parking spot because we could only park in designated hotel spots. However, we always found parking. There is also a bit of room to park in the basement level but it was always packed and it only fit like 20 cars. The shower worked well, nice hot water. There was a sightseeing coupon book in the hotel pamphlets which was nice. It was not far at all from the airport and we had easy access to the freeway because it was close.

We picked this hotel based on other reviews we read. When we reviewed other hotels, we found some of them appeared to be in unsafe areas. This hotel appeared as if it was in a safe area. The room was comfortable and big enough for two of us, as we were only staying one night to get some much needed rest as we flew in late. There was plenty of water pressure for showers. The continental breakfast was very yummy. We would definitely stay there again if we needed a hotel near the airport.

I like to stay at the Sleep Inn when I am flying out of Seattle. It's only a few minutes from the airport and the 24 hour shuttle is always on time. The rooms are clean, spacious and quiet and the staff are always pleasant, personable and helpful. The covered parking is great if you are leaving your car while you travel and the contineltal breakfast has a large variety of choices and it's free!

Hospitality of the front desk staff, very pleasant to deal with. Nothing. Highly recommended for business travelers and those coming from the airport who need a place to stay nearby. Front desk staff was very responsive on the phone and during my stay. I asked for an early check in since I was supposed to check out early the following day. The front desk checked if a room was available on that time frame, then allowed me to check in early in the morning. To top it off breakfast was being served upon my arrival! BTW, the overall quality of this hotel was great compared to similarly rated hotels in the area. I was really impressed by the hospitality of the staff, I will definitely stay again!

Shuttle pick up prompt, driver friendly even though very late at night, gave us brief description of the area, nice intro to hotel. Check in fast, room extremely clean, well laid out, comfortable. Shower only, no tub, shower nice size. Free breakfast, which we skipped as IHOP next door and we love IHOP which is not available where we live. Hotel offered to take us to rental care place when they found out we were shuttling back to airport and then to rental. Bed comfortable, heating system great. Over all good experience and we will stay again. Have stayed in other properties in the area that cost considerably more and this place was miles better.

My family and I stayed here for a layover, and we were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. We arrived in Seattle very early in the morning and were allowed to check into our rooms early. The front office staff was very nice and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. The only drawback we found was the location of the hotel. Although it's close to the airport, it's not within walking distance to any nice restaurants. We would definitely stay here again when traveling through.

This hotel was great-nice room, good breakfast and very close to the airport in Seattle.

Clean, nice decor, friendly staff, decent location, free parking. Didn't provide room with bath as was posted, noisy fridge. Clean with decent decor. Free internet, tea, coffee in lobby, staff is friendly. Our window overlooked a small trailer park, but no noise or problems. Suites have fridges & microwaves which was handy. Near airport but not much plane noise.

The hotel is located a few miles south of Sea-Tac Airport on International Blvd. Very convenient to the airport and their shuttle is prompt. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Good value for the money.

Just a horrible place. Bad smell. Ended up not even staying here after looking at assigned room but got charged for one night's stay anyway.

It was an awesome 4 star hotel and everything was great - except for the parking!! They only have valet service and for 1 night it was $38.00! There is no other parking around so you have to go with the hotel. I would stay there again if I was not renting a car.

Terrible smell when entering lobby. Checked in then looked at room and decided to leave. VERY small room. Had to pay one night's lodging and didn't even stay the night. Poor cancellation policy-would have checked in prior to 2pm, so don't feel we should have been charged at all. Poor view--boarded up windows on trailer houses. Didn't feel safe.

This was a large room with a nice view and everything I needed on a business trip. The internet connection was satisfactory. The price was satisfactory. I did not need or care for any luxury item, which was unnecessary and would have raised the room rent. The complimentary breakfast was adequate.

This hotel was beautiful, clean with excellent customer service and very close to the airport. I will definitely stay here again. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, the room was comfy and slightly upscale. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Be aware beds are hard. Make sure you have your confirmation with you. The hotel tried to charge us for two rooms. They did correct without charging us for canceling the 2nd room. Very nice breakfast with some protein and not all carbohydrates. Wouldn't recommend strolling around after dark on the busy streets.
