The room had a few issues but the staff fixed each of them quickly. I did not like the fact I did not have hot water and I also did not have a good working phone. Overall the hotel was good, I would stay there again. The price was good also.

The Sleep Inn looks new and was very pleasent. There was no fitness center and I asked for a local place but the night staff couldn't help me. I found out the day I left there was a state park with in a short drive. I was disappointed the staff hadn't pointed that out. The room was great. The breakfast was OK. The waffle maker wasn't working right and there was no one around to fix the problem. I would stay there again.

The staff was helpful and the facility was clean. There was a stale odor in the room. The employees behind the desk were friendly and helpful, but don't expect any help when you're struggling to get the luggage cart through the lobby doors (it would be helpful if they were automatic). The room and bed were comfortable, although there was a stale odor in the room. The hotel is clean and provides for basic travel needs.

Room is small and basic, but clean. It did have a mini-fridge and microwave which was nice. Breakfast consists of pastries, bread and cereal. Location is good - right off I-40 and close to airport. Area appeared safe. There is a very good Italian place within walking distance.

I enjoyed the large shower and the room was very spacious. I didn't like all the noise of the first floor. A lot of loud drunks were about. I enjoyed my stay there. If I ever stay again, I would prefer an upper level room. We could here everything in the halls and upstairs, all hours of the night. (However, I understand that it was new years eve).

We were here for 5 days for the CMA Festival, the Manager was very helpful,we had a decent breakfast, clean rooms, and a really great time, and are staying again this year.
