One of the reasons we booked this hotel was for the free shuttle from the airport, and the shuttle service (for a nominal fee) to the Port of Miami. We double checked by calling the hotel before we boarded the plane and confirmed our late arrival and free shuttle. However, because of our late arrival (11:30 PM) the driver of the shuttle from the airport to the hotel charged $20 before we were allowed to get into the shuttle. Upon arrival, we also were also expected to give a tip for his service, which we did. When we questioned this at the hotel the clerk agreed that their (FREE Service) did not apply to late arrivals. The next morning when we checked out and questioned this matter further there was no mention on our bill of this charge or payment. When we took the matter to the corporate office, they said that there was no documentation of the problem and that they could not be held responsible for what the web-site said. We were obviously ripped off by the driver and the front desk clerk. BEWARE, sufficient rooms, qustionable employees.

A clean economy hotel. No frills, but fills it's purpose.

Convenient for airport. Clean, modern accommodation.

The Sleep Inn Miami Airport was a perfect choice for our layover in Miami. The room was well appointed, the beds updated and comfortable and the room was very quite even though the hotel was full. The location is not under the flight path so there is little jet noise . The staff was friendly and professional.

Close to the airport and also has free shuttle service. Nothing. Enjoy our short stay breakfast was enough for us before leaving on a cruise.

We liked the fact that the hotel was close to the airport, but rate this as an average hotel. Nothing special, but clean. We only used it to sleep and didn't use any other amenities. The area didn't look very special from what we saw on our way up to the hotel.

Excellent location and shuttle service. Spartan continental breakfast and the shuttle they recomended was more then a taxi to the Port of Miami. Hotel location is very close to the Miami Airport and they have free shuttle service every 1/2 hour. Continental breakfast is spartan and the matress squeaked from just breathing. (No joke) They recommended a shuttle service to the Port of Miami ($10 pp) but a taxi would have been cheaper with a party of 4(~$25 for a taxi).

They were out of sugar (for coffee) in the morning. Clean, only 2 entrances decrease convenience of getting to the room. Breakfast was sub par.

I needed an inexpensive layover hotel close to the Miami airport. This fit the bill... Its a well used but clean hotel. Staff was friendly. Rooms were quiet. No hotel restaurant so expect to walk a few blocks for fast food.

The breakfast was ok. Just the norm. Toast. Cereal. Juice. The juice was warm. The older man working @ 3 am the morning we left was fantastic. The staff was very unfriendly and didn't seem to care about our issues. For example. Our room had no hot water. We showered in a room up the hall. Overall it was ok. Not somewhere I would stay for an extended amount of time. But ok for short visits. We only stayed 2 nights. We went on a cruise out of Miami and we only stayed there the night before and the night after. As far as cleanliness goes. It was ok. Nothing spectacular. Again. Our biggest complaint was the rudeness of the employees. Our first day in Miami we waited at the front desk for 6 minutes along with 2 separate travelers waiting to check in. I got tired of just standing there so I rang the bell. A man came out and was very rude from that point on for the rest of both of our stays.

When I got to the airport There was no transportation like promised I waited two and a half hours and still nothing I had to take a cab to get to the hotel cost me 15,00 dollars out of pocket to get to hotel I complain to the person there but nothing was done about it.I was very disapointed about it.

Convenient location. Receptionist was not able to provide a non-smoking room. Very dissatisfied. Poor excuses, swimming pool was broken.

The Sleep Inn, Miami Springs was a very appropriate location for our overnight stay awaiting our cruise. The front desk person was extremely helpful with ammenities, directions and general information. The rooms were clean with more than enough space for our suitcases etc.

The price. The location. This hotel was not exactly what I thought it would be but the staff was nice and helpful.

I would not recommend this motel to anybody. It was noisy, uncomfortable and dark. We chose the hotel for its proximity to the airport, having arrived late. We were exhausted the next morning because we slept so poorly due to the noise.

It served breakfast. The shuttle van was slow in picking us up from the airport. It was decent. Breakfast was not extravagant but met our needs. The van was very slow in getting us from the airport. Everything else was fine.

I found Miami Sleep Inn to be a perfect place to stay if you don,t need ammenties. My husband and I needed a room overnight before our cruise. Cleaniness was the most important for me. I would rate cleaniness a 5. They do have a pool and continantial breakfast. Restaurants are within walking distance The staff was not overly friendly, but I would recommend this hotel for anyone needing a quick in and out stay. They do have transportation to and from airport and also to port of miami.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are planning to fly out of Miami International, or will be arriving to that area. Although the shuttle bus was slow to pick us up and we called three times, one of the problems was that the bus picks up for several hotels and the bus is not marked very well. The rooms were clean, breakfast was excellent and it was a relatively quiet place to stay.
