Efficient, easy to get to. Shuttle on time. OK room

The room was clean, comfortable and seemed a good value. The Sleep Inn was very conveniently located to the event that we attended. Also, it is very close to Zona Rosa and the KCI airport.

This hotel and Travel online do not communicate. You may think you have paid for a smoking queen-sized bed, but what you will get is whatever they have left when you get there. A girl at the front desk will not improve your attitude and they have no use whatsoever for the reservation summary you have printed out when you paid Travel online for the room. Stay away.

We only stayed at this hotel one night since we had an early morning flight. We booked non smoking rooms and were giving smoking rooms instead. They smelled very bad but were clean. The outdoor heated pool was very nice and provided towels and several lounge chairs. The hotel offered free shuttle service which was nice but the first driver we had was not very friendly or customer service oriented. The second driver was very nice though. The free breakfast was very dissapointing, but it was free. Im sure I would have liked to hotel better if we had recieved the rooms we had actually booked instead of stinky smoking rooms. It served its purpose for a one night stay but I would not recommend it for longer stays.

Cleanliness and decor of room. I enjoyed staying at this near the airport hotel which though was basically in the wide open spaces of the Kansas prairie. The room was exceptionally clean and well designed.

The Sleep Inn was a great, inexpensive place to stay while at a conference at a very overpriced hotel down the street. The room was very clean, the staff was very helpful and upbeat. The bedding on the bed was great, and it was very comfortable. I will definitely stay there again.

Was flying out of the airport the next day.Nothing too fancy, but it had everything you need. Comfy beds, Clean Shower, Simple breakfast, free shuttle.Didn't keep my car there, but it looked really good for that, too, cheper than long-term parking.Since I live a 3 hour drive away, it is a perfect choice for me.

nice to close to KCI to stay motel for overnight and we can get up early and pick someone up at airport than drive 2 hours to KC and pick someone up then drive back to home.

This hotel is a very good option if your are looking for an economical chioce near the airport. The shuttle was timely and responsive, the room was clean and the breakfast area was nicely attended to.

Stayed here for an early trip out out of MCI. Staff was very courteous and the shuttle service was very convenient. When we landed back in Kansas City I expected shuttles every half hour or so, but when I called the hotel to announce our arrival they sent a shuttle right away and was there in less than ten minutes. Would definitely recommend a stay here for that reason.

I stayed at the Sleep Inn on Fri the 19th. I had to fly out to San Diego the next day to pick my son up for the summer. We arrived at the hotel to a very friendly staff. Placed looked spotless. When we got into the room it was nice and cool. Loved the huge 27 inch tv and had a nice computer desk type chair. The room had two beds and each has 4 pillows that I was impressed about and the bed was soft. Loved the huge shower. I had my (FREE) shuttle planned early Sat morning at 5:30am. Got up and enjoyed a great breakfast (5am-10am) before I headed out. It was the best breakfast i had ever had at a hotel before. The shuttle was on time, fast and the driver very friendly. When I arrived back later that day I called and the shuttle returned to pick me up within 10 minutes of calling. My son and girlfriend enjoyed the pool for hours. Before leaving on our last day we all sat down to another great breakfast. My son made me and himself a Belgian waffle for Father's Day. Their was something for everyone from the hard boiled eggs, to the cold/hot cereal, and biscuits and gravy. And you had three kinds of juice to choose from (apple, orange, and cranberry) as well as coffee and even hot tea.

A good motel for the money, I spent * per night. The rooms were clean enough, and there were plenty of towels. We liked the outside pool, and the breakfast was good. Friendly service too.

Accommodations were excellent. The room was very small. It well-suited my needs for this particular trip. For a 2 or 3-day stay, it was very reasonable and I felt a few upgrades would be a nice touch. Newer iron/ironing board, faster internet connection, more shower shelving.

This is our second stay at this hotel, and I have to say that I'm pleased. The mattresses are comfortable plush mattresses..not too hard, and not too soft. I slept well, and that means a lot coming from me, since I sell mattresses for a living. Mattress comfort is of the utmost importance, since the point of getting a hotel room, is to have a nice place to sleep. More hotels should take note of this. The rooms are sparse, yet comfortable. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is good. Also, there is a Cracker Barrel, just around the corner, for those who like homestyle cooking. My wife an I intend to stay at Sleep Inn, whenever we're in the area.
