Old hotel with uncomfortable beds and towels that felt scratchy. The location was excellent, able to walk to all Niagra Falls attractions.

We stayed here to celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary after much research online. We were very happy with the service, the amenities, the location in relation to all of the attractions, and the great price! Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a traveling couple or especially a family given the waterpark that is adjacent to the hotel. I would also recommend booking through this site as when I called the hotel they were going to charge me over $100 for the same room.

We came back yesterday from there. Queit place, clean room. I was reading reviews before leaving (but after i made reservation) and was kind of upset. People was complaining they didn't have tea pots and hair dryers. If you are planning to stay there, you need to know you don't have to take kettle or hair dryer with you!!!! In our room we had coffee and tea, hair dryer, iron, TV, interenet, fridge, and plenty of towels.Location is great, close to everything. We used sky bridge to get to waterpark.It took us a couple min to get there and we could even wear swimming suits. In waterpark we could take life jackets fro kids for free and towels are also provided.Yes, it wasn't cheap, but if you go to Niagra Falls you have to know that everything is very expensive! The only thing i didn't like that people from customer service don't mention about taxes which are not included in the rate fro the room and for the parking. Our room incl passes to waterpark cost 289 + 6 for parking in accordance to customer service, but we paid 341eventually.

The hotel was easy to find, only about two minutes from the border crossing at the Rainbow Bridge. It is a short to moderate walk to all the major attractions in and around Niagara Falls. The hotel itself was neat and clean though not particularly noteworthy in any way. The staff was helpful, pleasant and courteous at all times. The location is the real selling point.

Very good location and for Niagara Falls the rooms were clean and comfortable. Had to park accross the street and pay $6 plus tax and could have parkrd for free since I get free parking from the Casino. Great for famiilies and those without a car. It is a very noisy hotel.

Conveniently located, close to the attractions. Hotel toilet clogged and overflowed from the bathroom into the room.

Plainly visible from Rainbow bridge, a little complicated to get to, but that's more a function of Niagara than the hotel. Parking not ideal, but not too bad and below market rate (a word of warning: Niagara Falls is VERY expensive. EVERYthing. Example: breakfast for 5 people . . . *, plus tip. Yeah.) We had 2 rooms in inner courtyard, where there is a family-oriented movie, I think every night. We didn't watch the movie but weren't bothered by it and slept soundly, without any undue noise. Rooms very clean (we got extra coffee and creams when we asked and a very nice note beside), staff very friendly. Location is excellent--easy walk to Clifton Hill and just a little farther to the Falls. Always felt safe (enough so that I let my kids, ages 13, 15,and 17, go back out on their own, from 9:00pm to 12:30 am. yeah, they were pushing it a little bit . . .). All in all, we had a great time and the Skyline was a big part of it. Strongly recommend without any hesitation.

great location close to all the main attractions, yet far enough away from the noise on clifton street, wish they had a pool onsite had to go to one of there sister hotels to swim,

This hotel was in a great location. With in walking distance to the falls, shopping, the casino, Clifton Hill and great places to eat. For family's, the water park was just a walk across the sky bridge. The staff were great, willing to answer any questions and were very friendly. The courtyard room was very quiet and very clean. The only bad part of the stay was that the bed was too hard for my liking. Over all the best stay of my vacation this year. I will definitely be staying there again.

Location. Noisy. Great place for young families visiting the water park. The location is great for seeing Niagara and the price is reasonable.

I was really happy with this hotel. The staff was the best, letting us check in early, and always helpful. It is close to the US-Canadian border, also within walking distance of Niagara Falls, casino, restaurants, and many other attractions. A nice surprise was the showing of movies in a common enclosed courtyard each evening. Kids loved it. It is popular with families because of the attached indoor waterpark, so it can be noisy at night, but overall I would highly recommend this hotel. There is a parking garage, but spaces are limited.

It was a cute place, nothing too special about it aside from it's location. We were there for a hockey tournament so the hotel sufficed with regards to our purpose.

It has a great location--close to the falls, Casino Niagara,tourist attrations and restaurants. Water park (esp. for families) was very accessible. Hotel "courtyards" were very boring,lacked color and useles--plants and sitting areas could use another upgrade (maybe flowers or something to attract/amuse people). Bathrooms were recently updated and while modest, were very clean. Room were also modest in size and furniture but adequate and clean. For the price, especially compared to the newer larger hotels, was fair. You go to the Falls to be out and about, not in the rooms, so it was adequate.

The staff was very helpful, and the location was great! You had to pay $6.00/day for parking on site. The hotel really had nothing special about it. The rooms were not modern despite the fact they were recently renovated. I did not like that there were certain hallways that were contained between 2 doors that had the smoking section/ rooms of the hotel. Everyone had to walk through this area to get their rooms. I smelled of smoke all day after passing through the smoke area. But the hotel served its purpose, to be close to all the attractions and the falls. Everything was within walking distance and that was great!

Staff were very helpful in giving directions. Hotel is in a central location and within walking distance of all the attractions - so convenient. Plenty of parking at hotel but have to pay. Newly refurbished rooms are very clean and comfortable.
