Convenient to everything. Stsff was helpful in scheduling outings for us and transportation to the airport. They checked with us to see if we enjoyed our outings. Good experience.

Good rooms, good location and efficient staff. Only 1 quibble which was a cracked bathroom sink.

Great location, but room need some good maintenance,one phone did not work one power point did not work, we could not get the ice tray out of the fridge because it was frozen in. and I do not think under the bed had been cleaned since it opened.And the washbasin did not have a plug

Upscale and very clean with very comfortable beds. My husband and I were in New Zealand for the U17 Womans World Cup of soccer, so we travelled around the north island extensively and would pick the Sky City Grand as the nicest place we stayed of all the other 5 star places we booked on this trip.

I have stayed at the Sky City Grand in Auckland on three separate occasions and have the staff very efficient and friendly. The location for the hotel is very good. I will be returning. Thank you.

This facility is tops in AKL, newest in 2008. For the promo price that we got our 3-nights stay, it's superb. Always would be our first choice when visiting AKL. Their Mr. Olive of the Lobby service is No.1 in customer care.

A suite in this hotel is very nice with an extensive range of facilities and well organised. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very quiet allowing for great relaxation. The hotel has a luxurious feel and is close to all the necessary attractions. Would love to have a meal at Dine by Peter Gordon if time allowed on another visit.
