We have stayed here several times... and will always go back as long as it remains the same or gets better. The bed linens and towels are fab.... you can purchase them brand new at the front desk. We did.... The only they need to change is their carpeting, its clean but it is getting too worn. Full kitchens - stocked with whatever you need to cook with.

We made a 4 hour trip to SLC to experience the birth of our grandchild. We traveled with other family members choosing this hotel because they could accomodate us all in the same condo style unit. We arrived late evening and went to bed because we had to get up very early to be at the hospital. Upon waking we found we had no hot water and could not shower. When we finally got to talk to someone in the office they were not able to move us because they had no other rooms available in our size. When asked for a discount on the short time we were there we were treated poorly. The lady in question was rude and unaccomodating. She wouldn't let us speak to a manager and said she would get back to us. She never called us, so we called her and she wouldn't talk to us. We had to check out with no where to go. Travel agent helped us find a new location. Our experience with Sky Harbor was very poor and I would not recommend them to anyone. The staff alone is a deal breaker. Only 1 member out of 5 showed any concern for our ordeal.

The Sky Harbour Suites is a place I would never recommend to anyone I care for. If you are planning on a nice stay away from home, this is not the place for you. It is in a poor location. I was dissatisfied immediately upon opening the door to the room. It had a very old and poor smell, the bed was uncomfortable and it felt like I was in a room in the slums. I was so unhappy with the room that I immediately went to the front desk and checked out, even though I had to pay for one nights stay for a cancellation fee. Do not visit this place if you want a nice comfortable room away from home.

I cannot even beleive I have stayed other places before when I am here in Salt Lake City. Sky Harbor is like a home away from home. The Suite was beautiful and so comfortable with a huge kitchen a huge walk in closet and the most amazing bed I have ever slept in. The staff was so friendly and willing to help me with all my needs from ordering pizza to directions all over the city, they went out of their way for me. Their amenities were fabulous. I loved their fitness center and I kicked my own butt in raquettball! I have never stayed somewhere with raquettball available and that was a blast! The hotel is right down the street from the airport which was so convenient and they had the free shuttle service so I didn't have to worry about anything. There is an ENORMOUS mall down the street with the yummiest restaurants and the coolest shops I have seen in a long time. It was a great experience and i look forward to staying with them over and over again for personal or business!
