Where do i start, getting three phone calls before we even went saying there were complications and being moved from 3 different rooms. Finding the hotel was difficult as it was out of the way and the poor directions on the phone and the lady not even knowing what the pub next the the hotel was called. We arrived and checked in, realizing there was no parking we reluctantly asked where we could park and we got given a ticket for the pay and display opposite which ran out early the next morning, but finding a parking space in the pay and display was hard all of the spaces were full and driving round the one way system 4 times was not suitable. We eventually found a space and got checked in the rooms were small and everything wasnt working from the light falling off the wall when switched on and the website saying private facilities and we took that as having en-suite facilities but there wasnt any in the room so you had to walk across the corridor and up the stairs to go to the toilet, plus there was no sink to wash your hands so you had to go through lots of doors to go to your room to wash your hands. The staff were useless, there english was terrible! have to say one of the worst hotels have ever stayed in!
